房間空間足夠，床單枕頭套都很新。但是最致命的暖氣不足，房間好冷。位置比較偏，二道白河不好打車。衹推薦自駕的朋友。冬天入住要小心保暖。

服務1.入住沒有告知早餐時間，早上漂流回來八點多一點，被告知8:30早餐結束，餐廳基本沒有啥吃的就算了，打了一碗稀飯，想喝第二碗就已經收餐了，而且還沒吃完服務員跑過來問吃完了麼，要收餐具了，真無語，陸續還有旅客進來都沒有飯吃了。
2.酒店安排了一個管家，幫助客人協商車輛，朋友在小紅書看到去魔界漂流衹要80一個人票＋來回包車，我們一起去問管家，她要108而且態度極其惡略。
3.當地出行非常不方便衹能包車，而且他們説多少就是多少，出租車基本也打不到

房間不錯，但是此次住店給我帶來了很不好的一次接車服務，原本與車隊溝通可接送至動車站，結果在大廳接受服務的時候車隊磨磨嘰嘰，很不情願的，顯然是值班司機之間沒有做好溝通，耽誤了我的趕車時間。
