This is a magnificent and exquisite hotel at the centre of Antwerp close to the old town. The building itself is approximately 400 years old and full of charm. Really beautiful. The staff is very professional, welcoming and helpful. As well as happy and smiling 😊 The interior decoration is amazing with beautiful rooms and open spaces. We stay at the #7 which is very spacious with lovely tapestry and other details. All done by a belgian interior decorator . Dogs are allowed ( 😀 ) and the interior garden is very nice.

Just an all around great place to stay - I love Antwerp and this place is so beautifully done and close to everything. The staff are beyond helpful and warm - as a constant traveler those two things always make the biggest impact for me. And dog friendly - I mean...just amazing.

Wat een ervaring…! Charmant hotel op een rustige locatie in Antwerpen city. We kregen bij aankomst een upgrade van onze kamer van het personeel (Kregen kamer 9) Het personeel is top en zo gastvrij/ vriendelijk. Kregen zelfs bij het uitchecken een rondleiding en mochten alle kamers gaan bezichtigen. Telkens weer “wauw” en “ohhh” bij het zien van de kamer. Zoveel aandacht voor details op alle vlakken. Hermes productjes in de badkamer… dank jullie wel voor de zalige ontvangt en hartelijkheid! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug. Dana & Laura

Ring the gigantic red doorbell and arrive in a lavish palace. This must have been someone's villa once upon a time, but now it's a trendy boutique hotel. We spent several nights in a zany, chic room up several flights of stairs overlooking the garden. I think it was considered a suite, but we loved the space and the unique style of the decor. The other rooms we peeked into were equally cool and inviting and an employee took us to look at the "presidential suite" which I would definitely return to if we ever came back. The breakfast was delicious and was served by the kitchen staff, I wish I was home. The staff was extremely charming and I'm sure we would have done anything we needed, but I don't think it's a full service hotel (concierge, for example). Regardless, it's very well located in Antwerp, close to everything, very central. I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again. Thanks to Hotel De Witte Lelie for a fabulous experience!

What can I say this hotel is truly special! Some of the best service I've experienced. from the welcoming reception to the complementary mini bar they do all the little things right. I had a classic room that overlooked the charming courtyard. It was quite large with high ceilings for the most basic room. every room has a unique style and mine fit me perfectly. The 2 Australian sisters who run the hotel could not be more friendly. Location is just far enough off Cathedral and Grote market to be peaceful but close enough to be there in a few minutes walk. Only minor complaint breakfast is bit sp****. Hidden Gem
