"This hotel is actually the closest to the train station, besides Hampton Inn, but Trip.com listed it as 460 meters away! In reality, it's very close and more convenient for dining and shopping than hotels like NH Collection or A Stay, which claim to be 260 meters away. During Tomorrowland, hotels can skyrocket to over 3000 a night, but this one is still considered expensive even in the off-season, which suggests decent quality… Another plus for this hotel is that the rooms are relatively larger. However, despite being renovated, the overall feel is still a bit dated."

"A great international hotel, located in the city center, very close to all attractions within walking distance. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, with a large double bed that you can easily roll around in. The bathroom is spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub, and even a clothesline. However, the hotel has two rings of rooms. The inner ring is quiet but doesn't offer much of a view, while the outer ring has a view but faces the street and is a bit noisy. You can choose a room based on your individual needs. I originally booked a room in the suburbs, but thankfully I changed to one in the city center. Although the price doubled, it was definitely worth it. The hotel also has a self-service supermarket where you can select your own items and pay by card – everything is self-service and very convenient. I didn't have the hotel breakfast, but it looked quite extensive. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel, offering different cuisines, so you can choose whatever you like."

"We were traveling by car as a couple. The hotel has free parking. The rooms and beds are larger than those of similar hotels in Europe. The facilities are newer, with coffee machines, kettles and ironing boards, which are all what travelers need. It is a 15-minute drive to the old town attractions, and we visited for four hours. Parking cost 17 euros."

They blaimed it on a "double booking", although we had been communicating with them in the last month. Also, they took no responsability and just said it was "not their fault". Did not even have the smarts to offer some kind of compensation to show goodwill or help find a new place to stay. I would not trust this venue! A real shame."

"Very clean. Very close to the central station. And the staff is very friendly. Morning menu is the same every day, but it's somehow good. There is a simple bar on the first floor that closes at 11 pm, but the staff kept it open because we were there. Very friendly."

"I had a mixed experience at Moxy Antwerp. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good, with a nice variety and quality. The location is also convenient: you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes on foot or 10–15 minutes by tram, and the largest museum is just a 5–10 minute walk away. There’s also a grocery store nearby that’s open on Sundays, which is very handy. However, there were several downsides. The check-in process was slow - staff needed to verify something, and I had to wait in the lobby with my 5-year-old child instead of going straight to the room. The “welcome drink” was disappointing: after we had already chosen cocktails, we were told we could only pick from a single limited option. It felt misleading and poorly communicated. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was a dirty table in the room, stains on the bathroom walls, and the room had an unpleasant smell - possibly due to pets being allowed, which raises the question of why carpet is used at all. Overall, while the location and breakfast are strong points, the service and cleanliness need significant improvement."

"Excellent hotel! I 100% recommend it. The location is super convenient, right next to a small square with great bars. The air conditioning was very good, the room was large, and the big bed had clean linen, comfy pillows, and a mattress – we slept like babies! It was very quiet, couldn't hear the street or the neighbors. There's a nice cafe in the hotel, but it only operates until lunchtime. On the bright side, they offer healthy food options, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to help. You can store your luggage for free in a locker both before and after check-in. There's a mini-kitchen with crockery and a microwave. They also have a coffee machine and a snack machine, a co-working area, and a chill-out zone in the inner courtyard. I really liked the price and the hotel in general. Highly recommend!"
