location very good. one step to train station, zoo, chinatown, close to shopping streets, restaurants, cafes and downtown. clean. didn’t use service and amenities much but seemed to be in place. only thing that stepped out from a perfect score is city tax, why so much for every person and by day? non sense…

The hotel is in a very good location, just a 2-minute walk from the main entrance of Centraal. It was raining heavily when we arrived, so this close distance is really important. The hotel is small but clean, light luxury and stylish. The room is comfortable and has everything you need. The front desk is also very friendly. If you stay for two nights or more, if you don't need to clean or change towels, you can exchange it for a 5 euro bar discount coupon, which is very pleasant for a glass of beer. The breakfast is complete, with both hot and cold options.

The location is quite convenient, right next to the central station, there are many subway stations and buses at the door, the reception service is good, but apart from these two points, there are no other advantages. The room is very small, you have to turn sideways to walk from the door to the other side of the bed, the bathroom is also pitifully small, we stayed in the room facing the street, the people in the bar downstairs sang loudly, and the music was also very loud disco music, which lasted until about 5 am. When checking in, it said that city tax and breakfast were included, but when checking out, it said that I had to pay city tax and breakfast fee. I said that breakfast was confirmed to be free at check-in, and she changed her words and said that breakfast fee did not need to be paid, and city tax had to be paid separately from this month. It feels that the employees have not been uniformly trained, but the attitude is still good. Remind everyone to ask these things clearly when checking in, and in fact, the tourists near the train station are very mixed and very chaotic. It is convenient to take the train and stay for one night, but if you stay for more than a few nights, this area is not recommended.
