"Hotel was fine, room was small but modern enough. My room wasn’t cleaned or serviced one day, which was disappointing. When I alerted reception they didn’t seem to consider it too big a deal. Some kind of acknowledgment would have been nice. Not great location if you wanted to head into the city, was a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. If I were back in Antwerp I’d likely look at alternatives but as a last resort it’s not that bad a hotel to stay in for business travel."

Its prime location next to Antwerp Central Station is a major advantage. This provides easy access to public transport for exploring Antwerp and beyond, including direct Thalys connections. The rooms are described as modern and clean, which is crucial for a comfortable stay. While compact (around 13-15 sqm), they are designed to be functional, typically including a comfortable ”Sweet Bed™ by ibis budget”, a desk, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a shower and eco-friendly toiletries. The room also features a separate toilet. For quick snacks and drinks outside of breakfast hours, vending machines are available but they only accept cash."

"The hotel's location is good for muslim travelers because it is near from a masjid, halal restaurants and asia marts. The hotel is really dirty with the fridge and drinking utensils poorly cleaned, floor and furnitures filled with dusts, hairs on the bed and towels and some cobwebs probably unseen because of the room's poor lighting. I did not complain because of the price and the location but I would not likely come back"

"very nice layout. lots of room in the lobby to play games or read or relax. room had a desk, small fridge and lots of room to hang clothes and spread out. it's located right across the street from the Antwerp Central train station and within a block of shops and restaurants. staff friendly and helpful. and, yes, i did climb the stairs rather than take the elevator (sometimes). we were on the 11th floor, so it was no small feat."

"Pros: - decent location; about 7mins walk from the Antwerp Centraal, and 2mins from Flixbus busstop, though in a relatively quiet corner. - they have a small common dining area on the ground floor with microwave, fridge, kettle and vending machines selling snacks and coffee. the coffee machine needs some upkeeping though, and the snacks vending machine was done during our period of stay. Cons: - if you stay on the lower level floors be prepared to keep your curtains closed - the whole room can be seen clearly from outside the hotel. - room has everything you need but can't help feeling like it's hollow, barren and empty; there's barely any interior works done to the room. - no kettle in the room and you will need to deposit 10euros to borrow one."

"The most beautiful train station in the world - next to it, convenient transportation, easy access, the hotel is a bit old, but it is clean and quiet to live in, the price is good value for money, the disadvantage is that parking is not very convenient."

"Very close to Antwerp Station, it’s a beautiful station. Room is fine and staff is helpful. There is free parking nearby hotel from 10pm-9am."

"Brilliant hotel! Central location, parking near by and helpful with locations and maps. The room was excellent, super clean, modern, tea and coffee facilities. Cocktails on the bar with snacks in the evening was lovely. Breakfast was fab! Kids loved the make your own waffle station! Definitely recommend this hotel! No faults at all!"

"all good except i left my swim goggle in the changing room, this was my fault and unfortunately no one returned it the 'lost & found'. This hotel remains at top of lists in my choice to stay in Anterp."

"The hotel is reasonably comfortable, the service friendly and helpful and the beds are quite good, really. However, there are just too many services that I would expect from a hotel in this price category which were missing, or come with an extra charge. Most importantly, the access to the spa is an extra fee, a bottle of water costs extra... That the bathroom wasn't very well cleaned (hair from previous occupants all over the place!) was probably a fluke, but still should not happen in a hotel in this price range. On the other hand, the proximity to the train station, a short walk to the old city and a lot of good restaurants nearby speak for the hotel (this also allows to give the rather overpriced breakfast a pass) speak for the place. All in all: a very mixed experience. I would probably still look for a different place net time I go to Antwerp."
