Very nice experience. The hotel is located a couple of minutes walk from Antwerp Central Station and next to the metro station, so it was extremely easy to get around. Advised!

We slept wonderfully and the staff was extremely friendly.
The breakfast was delicious and the surroundings were also very good. We had a great time and will definitely come back here to enjoy it again, not only as a couple but perhaps as a family.

The location of this hotel is not bad, directly opposite the train, but the hotel is very small and relatively old. The accommodation is OK. It is very convenient on rainy days. You can already reach the hotel after passing the train station and there is a McDonald's. Although the hotel is small, the accommodation is very unique.

Location perfect (next to Antwerp Central Station), hotel is fine but a bit dated. The room was clean and at the rear of the hotel so we had a quiet night. Excellent price and quality ratio.

Good location, near the central train station and close to restaurants and pubs.
Breakfast was decent. The room was ok.
The airconditioning didn’t work and it was pretty humid and warm at night.
I reserved a room for myself and a friend one month in advance for an event in Antwerp Sportpaleis. When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered it was not twin separate beds.
The receptionist was rude and wasn’t helpful to change the room to separate twin beds. He made us wait until 1:30 AM in the morning to change into a twin bed room instead of one queen size bed.
Please be more flexible and customer first minded.

Beetje raar dat je de airco zelf niet kan bedienen ook zat er schimmel aan kit randen van het bad het bed was oké wel gehoorig je hoort de buren douchen wat ons betreft zeker geen 4 sterren hotel De foto op de site van het hotel lijkt of het een mooi oud pand is aan de Keyerlei maar dat is niet zo
