Super General manager, Super hosts,
I would definitely book this hotel again and again if the service and terms would be the same.
Central located, check-in procedure was easy.
Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :)
Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon.
Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud.
Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.

Perfect location but very simple facilities for a hotel that indicated that it had 4 stars and also did not have air conditioning and the time we stayed was very hot

Ottima location a pochi minuti dal centro storico. Camere un po' piccole, specialmente il bagno ma ordinate e pulite. Perfette per un viaggio di una o due notti. Colazione abbondante e varia. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ci ritornerei certamente.

Chambre supérieure qui n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles mais plutôt d'un 2, qui n'a rien à voir avec les photos d'internet. Soit disant ils ne louent habituellement pas cette chambre mais comme l'hôtel était complet, j'y ai eu droit : vieillotte, 0 déco, des taches sur le sommier, froide, vieille moquette... L'hôtel a tout misé sur la déco du hall d'entrée mais pas grand chose sur les chambres. Heureusement la chambre, draps etc étaient propres, et le personnel assez sympathique. Ils m'ont finalement changé de chambre le lendemain parce que j'avais demandé une douche : mieux que l'autre au niveau de la déco mais complètement non fonctionnelle (rien pour poser des affaires, pas moyen de se tourner dans la baignoire pour prendre sa douche parce qu'on est gêné par le robinet 🤔,...). Et toujours pas digne d'un 4 étoiles Et finalement pas de douche mais encore une baignoire toute abîmée au fond 🥴

Geen 4 sterren pover ontbijt, je koper zelfs geen roerei krijgen, personeel heel afstandelijk, geen goeiemorgen goed geslapen, zelfs bij vertrek werd er niet gevraagd hoe het verblijf was. Het hotel was wel net dit was het enig positieve punt.

Perfecte ligging , vriendelijke staff , borrelhapjes en drankjes free, kamer, lounge is gezellig , het enige wat minder was was de geur van het toilet , was schoongemaakt maar rook niet fris . Inrichting kamer prima , centraal gelegen , in de buurt van alles

Fin plassering, vennlige ansatte. Veldig små senger som gjør at man ikke får sove skikkelig. Toalettet ikke rengjort skikkelig.
Glassvindu mellom senger og dusj/toalett.

Awful experience! Had to cancel a stay for 3 persons in 2 rooms which I did more than 48 hours prior to stay. Received one single confirmation for the 2 rooms on which I then canceled. Now they charge me with 1 room with the argument that I should have canceled twice!! Upon polite request to show good will, the answer was that the file was closed. The front desk manager then got rude on the phone when I announced to make my experience public!!! Stay away!!!
