The system with two codes at the front door of the floor and the general entrance worked so poorly that we had to wait outside with the family for a while. Location and view were super good. WiFi and TV didn't work for a second. Sanitary facilities and surfaces were good. WiFi and TV were advertised. It's a shame that there was renovation work going on underneath and diagonally below us. Antwerp Center is highly recommended. Price and quality were reasonable, with some small improvements this apartment can really become a top apartment. What really disturbed us was that the lobby door was open again and then did not work again, because the electricity was off.

Locatie is echt super! Lekker ruim appartement met lekkere badkamer en goede bedden. Eenvoudige keuken maar prima, alleen vaatwasser zonder mandjes/lades, dus inruimen is niet mogelijk De entree naar appartement is een beetje kruip door sluip door maar wel netjes.

Locatie is echt top. Bedden waar al opgemaakt en er lagen handdoeken. Alleen niet voor 4 personen, maar voor 2 personen. En het was niet heel schoon. Maar prijs/kwaliteit/ locatie is daar voor een nachtje prima door heen te kijken. Niet alles was perfect, maar nogmaals gezien de prijs zeker geen probleem. Meerendeel van de tijd waren we in de stad in plaats van in de flat.

Nous n'avions pas les codes d'accès à notre arrivé, mais ça peut aussi être un peu de ma faute car je n'ai pas fait l'enregistrement en ligne. L'édifice était en travaux. La porte d'entrée de l'édifice ne verrouillait pas et il n'y avait pas d'éclairage fonctionnel dans les escaliers des trois derniers paliers à franchir (nous étions aux cinquième étage). L'internet ne fonctionnait pas ce qui nous a causé des ennuis pour les réservations à venir. Nous avons eu une compensation d'Hôtel.com pour les inconvénient, mais si nous avions su, nous n'aurions pas réservé à cet endroit. Cependant, la localisation était bien et à l'intérieur tout était bien (espace et confort) si nous oublions l'internet.

Non siamo riusciti ad entrare perché la pulsantiera con il codice non c'era, o meglio, ce n'era una ma non era la loro e non funzionava. Siamo stati fuori al freddo di novembre (circa 0 gradi) per almeno 2 ore e mezza mentre tramite whatsapp cercavamo di parlare con il servizio clienti per farci aprire, sembrava di parlare con una scimmia ammaestrata a dire 2 frasi ("cerca la pulsantiera giusta" e "siete sicuri di essere nel posto giusto?"). Morale della favola, per fortuna abbiamo prenotato con booking e siamo riusciti a farci restituire i soldi...e soprattutto, per fortuna abbiamo trovato un'altra struttura libera. Ps. Avevamo con noi una bambina di 6 mesi che ha preso un sacco di freddo!

First of all, the entry key pad to the property did not work. Tried pulling the entry door, it opened. It lead to a flight of dark stairs. Climbed two floors and found that there was construction happening. Went back down and called customer service in the middle of night sitting on the high street bench. Customer service insisted there were guests. So tried to climb the dark stairs with luggage and found there was another flight of stairs hidden from view. Took that reached the apartment and went in. The apartment was so hot, could only sleep with windows open. High street is noisy throughout the night except for a couple of hours. All 3 nights was woken up by loud noise of people staying above me with constant noise of moving furniture, going down the stairs, chatting and laughing. Lost sleep for 3 days. Absolute definition of nightmare

1. Pas d'internet alors que nous sommes en vacances et en avons besoin - nous avons contacté Smartflats qui nous a complètement ignoré même pas une réponse. 2. Canapé-lit du salon complètement défoncé - impossible d'y dormir à 2 dedans - en forme de cuvette - idem nous leur avons signalé mais ils nous ont totalement ignoré 3. équipement de cuisine vraiment trop minimaliste (pas de grille-pain, pas de spatule en bois, pas de ciseaux, etc. - poêle tellement abîmée cancérigène, etc.) 4. Pas de poubelles pour recycler - qu'une seule poubelle pour tout 5. Lumières avec capteur qui s'allume toute seules mais qui restent allumées pendant 20 minutes - pas top au milieu de la nuit et encore une fois pas super pour l'environnement! 6 - des traces de moustiques morts un peu partout sur les murs et aussi sur l'oreiller de mon fils 7. la poignée d'une fenêtre qui reste dans la main 8. Et donc ces photographies qui se veulent peut-être artistiques et qui pourraient peut-être passer dans une galerie mais à voir en gros plan dans son salon... un peu glauque - un homme torse-nu assis par terre dont on ne voit pas le visage et qui a l'air défoncé et une femme à droite dont on ne voit pas le visage non plus caché par ses cheveux - on a rarement vu moins déprimant dans son salon ... 9. un petit classeur pour nous dire comment utiliser les appareils ménagers - pourquoi pas? mais bon vu que la télé marche pas et que personne ne s'en est préoccupé - qu'on nous parle d'une machine à laver le linge alors qu'il n'y en n'a pas par contre aucun fascicule ou quoique ce soit pour dire ce qu'il y a à faire à Anvers ou ce qu'il y a dans le quartier ce qui aurait été d'autant plus pratique que nous n'avions pas internet à cause de la wifi non fournie!!! Voilà - extrêmement déçue......

Du positif? Dans le centre de la ville, grand logement avec deux belles chambres et une belle salle de bain. Pour le reste, l'été, fermez les fenêtres car des gens crient toute la nuit dans la rue. Les manquements: tv sans raccordement, un lave vaisselle sans ses chariots. Le service réparation ne se présente jamais même après signalement des problèmes. A remettre en ordre par le propriétaire.

The apartment was double booked by the accommodation. Meaning when I tried to come in(with my code and booking confirmation) and someone else was already there. After contacting customer service(who were in touch with the accommodation) we DID NOT get ANY compensation, even trough it was not out fault(again, we had a reservation confirmation and paid and even had the code for entering the apartment)
