房間雖然不新，還挺寬敞的，被褥也很乾凈。走廊裏有點發黴的味道，可能是開業時間比較長了。
最差的就是免費接送站服務。攜程上提示商家可以免費接送站，提前一個多小時預約，告知今天沒有車了！沒有任何道歉，語氣強硬。到了酒店後，立即打電話預約後天的送站服務，電話剛接通就告知今天沒有車送站了！我説預約後天的送站，問了時間，語氣不耐煩，就掛斷了。酒店大堂和電梯裏都是酒店商務車免費接送站的宣傳廣告。退房後問前台送站服務的車怎麼聯繫，前台又告知今天沒有車了！我説早就預約過了，怎麼還沒有車？前台翻翻記錄，説今天沒有車了。合著你家就是做廣告很有勁兒頭，約車就是不派。沒辦法，又打車去的安陽東站。

幫朋友訂的房間是帶傘的大床房，比另一間價格高，後來問了下朋友前台給的還是低價的大床房。 跟圖片不符合。 也是老品牌了，這種操作很失望。
