"Parking at this hotel is very inconvenient; it took a long detour to get to the parking lot, which is quite far from the hotel. The rooms have poor soundproofing, and being located in an office building raises safety concerns. As a newly opened hotel, several sections of the wooden floor in the room are warped, and my child has slipped and fallen several times. Most outrageous of all is the poor service at the front desk. I've stayed countless times and been able to check out late until 2 PM, but at this hotel, they wouldn't let me check out by 11 AM and insisted that 12 PM was their policy. The front desk staff were very rude on the phone. This budget hotel, with its high prices and poor service, is not worth recommending. Many issues need improvement!"

"I often stay at Baiyulan Hotel when I travel, and this one is also good. It's relatively stable and the price is reasonable (the room without a window is slightly larger than the one with a window, but it's almost right next to the elevator shaft. I was worried about noise, so I paid to upgrade to a room with a window after arriving). The location is not too far from Yinxu, and there are several schools nearby. There are also some eye-catching signs for eating, drinking, and having fun, which is quite nice."

"The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is new, clean, well designed, modern and artistic, surrounded by a huge park. However, no restaurants nearby and the wi-fi connectivity is not friendly to foreigners who need to reach beyond China, especially those who use PC. The management nevertheless helped me to solve the issue by lending me their personal wi-fi while they will address the issue."

"Running the Anyang marathon, this hotel was the closest and most reasonably priced to the starting line. While the price was quite a bit higher than usual, it's understandable given that it was a race event – hotels around such events always see price hikes. The hotel itself was great and felt very new. The environment was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both handled quickly."

"The hotel is very grand, and the lobby is spacious. They thoughtfully prepared a late-night porridge, which my child absolutely loved. The front desk staff were warm and attentive.
