設施齊全，衞生狀況良好，環境優雅，外面就是一個人工湖，可以散發步，服務到位，早餐極其豐盛，服務。也很到位

房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全完善，服務熱情周到，尤其是禮賓部的小張經理和兩個小王女服務員更是體貼細緻。酒店有泡腳等特色服務項目，雖然我們沒有體驗，但是感到十分暖心！總之，這個酒店在河南相同檔次的酒店中，性價比是很高的。👍👍👍

國家領導人住過的安陽頂級酒店，除了有點小貴其他都好

應該是老牌星級酒店，停車方便，大堂氣派，前台服務熱情。房間不大，中規中矩，用着也方便，衹是設施較老，尤其是淋浴間的門不密封，洗澡水容易打濕外面的地面。房間空調不太給力，建議加強維護。早餐很好，豐富新鮮。特別表揚客房服務，空調不製冷，馬上幫我們調整了新風量。幫我們把裹在浴巾裏的襪子洗乾淨烘乾送到房間，很貼心的感覺！

前台服務非常好，進酒店有服務生幫忙提箱子。離安陽東站15分鐘車程，但離殷墟博物館有點遠，半小時車程。酒店內有個港式茶餐廳不錯，方便；早餐品種比較豐富。
