We have a 3 nights stay and like the hotel very much. Located at very convenient places, walkable distance to JR station and airport bus stop just opposite the hotel. Facilities include gym and laundry services are useful for us. Staff are very helpful. Amenities can be collected at reception area. Nothing to critics. Definitely will definitely stay here when I am back to Aomori.

The room was large and they put an extra bed, so I was able to spend a relaxing time with three family members. Close to JR station and the is alot restaurant nearby, I tried Izakaya restaurant nearby hotel. Price are medium high.but you must try Aomori Apple, this delicious than normal apple we bought at grocery. Bad things is during snowing walking to hotel is killing me, the weather is damn cold.

先日利用しました。 お部屋もきれいで子供たちも喜んでいましたし、エントランスのねぶたがとてもキレイで素敵でした。 主人と家族で写真を撮りたいと話をしていましたが、スタッフの方に話しかけられずに自分たちで交互に撮影しようと思っていたのですが カウンター内にいた女性スタッフさんが気がついいてくれて「よければ撮りますよ」と笑顔で話しかけてくれたのが本当にうれしかったです。 対応が冷たいスタッフさんもいましたがみんながみんなひどいスタッフさんでないねと主人と話をしました。 声をかけない人が多いのに素敵なスタッフさんがいて、またアートホテルに宿泊したいと思える出来事でした。
