Good service, good Japanese food

Perhaps it was still the off-season, as there were not many guests staying at the hotel, so we were able to relax. The rooms were not new, but the tatami mats and other furniture seemed to be new. The hot spring was also good. The bath did not cool down easily, so my body was always warm. I was not a big fan of the seasoning of the food. The hot pot was delicious. I was unable to finish the steamed pufferfish milt. I also did not like the appetizers that much.

This is a hot spring hotel located along the Asamushi coast. This time I stayed with a plan that did not include meals. The equipment is showing its age, but it has been well maintained and there are no problems. The quality of the hot springs is not bad.

I arrived after 14:30, but I was kept waiting until the check-in time of 15:00. The staff in the front area rushed around. I started to have a bad feeling about this kind of inn because it doesn't have a working system. The facilities are old, but the rooms are clean. The spring quality of the hot spring is sodium, calcium, sulfate, and chloride, and is weakly alkaline with a pH of 8.21. Metasilicic acid is high at 131.6 mg/Kg, so it has high moisturizing power and is a hot spring for beautiful skin. The abalone steamed in sake (optional) for dinner was excellent, but the other dishes were ordinary. Sweet chawanmushi is not available. Is breakfast like a business hotel? It's not limited to this inn, but even though it's a seaside inn, the fish is salmon. Overall, it was an inn without a sense of extraordinary, but the panoramic view of Mutsu Bay and the Tsugaru shamisen concert at night were extraordinary. One more point, there is a large hall-like room on the first floor, but the inside is a messy storeroom. What's more, the door is made of glass, so you can see inside.
