八甲田山登山の前泊に利用。ロープウェイ近接のため。 １． リコンファーム要 受付が開口一番「連絡がつかなかったので予約はキャンセルした」「バックれられたと思った」（発言ママ）。携帯には前日一回、当日複数回（フライト中）の着信あり。HPに記載はないが、この宿にはリコンファームが必要でした。 ２． エアコンなし 空室は多かったが、西陽のあたる部屋を割り当てられた。暑気のためよく眠れなかった。 ３． セキュリティ不安 部屋に鍵はあるが、建物への入館は誰もが自由にできる。夜間受付は不在。 食事・風呂（夜間入浴可）は良かったと思う。 翌日は近在の温泉に宿泊したが不愉快な思いをすることはなかった。ロープウェイは９時営業開始であり、青森市内からの道路事情も良い。他の宿泊施設を選択すべきだった。
