The location is convenient. There is a convenience store near the hotel, and there are many restaurants nearby. It is very convenient. It is also close to the station. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the station. It is comfortable to drag luggage.

I happily went to Hirosaki Castle to enjoy the cherry blossoms, but my phone suddenly froze when I woke up early in the morning! 😱It can’t be started at all. All trip information, including hotel information for the next few days, are also stored in the phone. Without a phone, I don’t even know which hotel I will stay in. (I couldn’t log in because I forgot my Trip.com password) 🥲 Fortunately, Mr. Shirono at the front desk helped me find a way and especially lent me the hotel’s iPad so that I could search for several possible hotels, and then he checked in one by one. I called the hotel and asked if they had my reservation record. After asking three times, I finally found the two rooms in my book👍🏻 and they also helped me print out the route map and train schedule information. There is a water dispenser, the location is convenient, there are many restaurants downstairs, and there are multiple parking lots. The room is averagely clean and dusty. The service attitude of the counter staff is not very friendly, and they do not proactively tell where to get the supplies.

The room was larger than I expected. There was enough space on the floor to open my 25+29-inch suitcase. The bathtub was not big but deep and quite nice. It was cleaned and tidied every day~
