the call center in Egypt were very rude hang up on me , the second call to confirm reservation they are unhelpful and took them 18 min to confirm simple thing they kept me on hold for simple thing, they were unhelpful without any knowledge about hotel booking and rooms one of our rooms 631 a/c was not working very disappointed with hilton this time to be fair, the reception disk T HILTON aqaba were very nice and helpful and tried to compensate us

Beautiful hotel close to the city center but there is not much to do there. The hotel is a haven of peace where you are cut off from the world, you dress as you wish which is not necessarily the case outside. The private beach is small, too bad we can't access the other hotels (walls delimit the hotels) Small swimming area due to all boats passing nearby. For a 5* the curtains with holes are average. Otherwise everything else is great. The breakfast buffet is huge and varied. The restaurants, on the other hand, are expensive and not great compared to the quality in the city center. They should have created a self-catering restaurant like in the morning.

The hotel was amazing it is close to everything and the staff is super friendly, rooms are clean and tidy! What i like the most is the transportation service from the hotel to anywhere inside aqaba and all the way back to hotel that was a very good experience and i will definitely go again ❤️ thank you Amer for taking care of our group and big thank for the GM George dababneh for his support 🙏

The location was unbeatable. Situated in middle of aqaba, it offered easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. No need for expensive taxis or long walks - most sights were within a comfortable strolling distance. My room, though not overly spacious, was perfectly functional and exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.
