Très mauvaise expérience avec cet établissement, nous sommes arrivées dans une chambre sale, avec un cafard, les équipements ne marchant pas, pas de gel douche etc. Nous avons été changées de chambre, pas d’eau chaude, un sol très sale nous avions les pieds noir. Pas de wifi, malgré les nombreux passages du personnel m’expliquent comment fonctionnais une wi-fi comme si le problème venait de moi… aucun geste commercial, le nettoyage n’a pas été fait du séjour.

The room was nice and the pool also. The hotel is well located and offers parking lots. The owner and the personal were really kind. The price is really reasonable for the quality of the stay. You get a nice view on the Red Sea and on the sunsets. Thanks for your hospitality.

Booked Mas Paradise 2 which is same as Mas Paradise. They present it as 2 different hotels. Surrounded by dump area. No staff to be seen at pool so I suggest go to supermarket to get food and drinks. Room not stocked properly had to go downstairs to get toiletpaper. Very noisy. Lady behind reception not interested and kept asking “ what is your problem” no empathy at all except manager

Ok i mobili Ikea , ma la struttura ! Sembra carino visto da lontano ma è trascurato e sporchissimo . I condizionatori sporchi e rotti ( abbiamo dovuto ripararli con cerotti e in 3 camere ) , la pulizia inesistente in ogni luogo e il personale disorientato e impreparato . A tutto questo aggiungo la scortesia e l’arroganza del titolare , che , ad ogni osservazione , risponde che tutto per lui è normale . CREDETEMI , NON ANDATE

Non fatevi trarre in inganno dalle apparenze: la deliziosa hall nasconde un edificio fatiscente. Il personale è incompetente, in particolare quello che si occupa della pulizia e della manutenzione; i sevizi offerti sono inadeguati ad una struttura ricettiva la cui gestione ha la presunzione di valutarsi con 4 stelle. Un solo ascensore: lento e sempre pieno. Condizionatori e frigoriferi rotti e sporchi Balconcino pieno di rifiuti Area piscina caotica e sporca Box docce intasate e prive di vetro o tenda. Due camere su 4 allagate a causa delle infiltrazioni d’acqua della piscina (che si trova al roof top) Sconsigliatissimo!!!!!

Отдыхали в Иордании в Акабе, в отеле Mass Paradise, все очень понравилось, чисто, отель новый, персонал отличный. Отель находится недалеко от центра. Директор Хамзи очень приветливый молодой человек, которому небезразличны проблемы посетителей. Очень рекомендую!!!
