還行吧，中規中矩的，也算乾淨，就是價格還是有點偏高，餐食也還行。位置還好，酒店隔音環境還可以！！！！

A very family friendly hotel where every one of your family members can enjoy themselves without getting bored. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy, and the staff there are very amazing especially the reception staff they were very helpful, the dining experience was out of this world very tasty food, definitely revisiting this hotel again.

First of all I likes the hotel as the location very near to the downtown also if you don't have a car don't 🙃 worry they have shuttle bus .also they treated you as a family member for sure we will come back as the room is very beautiful 😍 🤩 👌 and the view is amazing...

Very very great stay, stuff made it so special for us especially the reception team raghad and Mahmoud, great breakfast nice swimming pools rooms were so nice and spacious, the bus driver was very helpful the massage there was so great thanks to the lady there

Nice Hotel , comfortable beds , nice room view and tasty breakfast, lovely staff and helpful also there’s a shuttle bus for free , clean pools and relaxing area , WiFi and internet speed very good , quick services, quick check in , hotel atmosphere and music is great, near from the city

Its was beautiful stay and nice treatment the food is so delicious the spa was perfect they have god shuttle bus service always on time The employees are so friendly and kind swimming pools are so clean the location of the hotel is perfect near to the city centre thanks we will come back again

Très propre, chambre spacieuse, terrasses personnelles, lobby avec divers coins bar, détente, spa, fitness, piscine extérieur, bref il a tout ce qu'il faut. Petit déjeuner buffet avec possibilité de repas arabes et européen. A 5 min en voiture de l'épicentre de la ville, parking à l'avant si besoin.

بصراحه تجربة سيئة جدا لا يوجد اي اهتمام ولا حرص تجربة لن تكرر بسبب سوء التعامل وعدم الاهتمام الفندق بحاجة إلى إدارة قادرة على الاهتمام أكثر موظفين لايتقنون أدنى معايير الاهتمام مهما تحدثت لايمكن وصف كل الأحداث التي جعلتني اقوم بتقييم تجربتي في الفندق مع كل الأسف

An amazing stay in a luxury and peaceful environnement to celebrate an important event in family. The whole team was lovely and very helpful, in particular Ms batool and Mr Moath who made sure everything was perfect. We were also provided extensive assistance from the whole staff when we faced unexpected difficulties with our car. We are looking forward to come again
