Worst option in Aqaba ever, they keep ignoring feedback emails and are not willing to even address the negative behaviour demonstrated by most of their team. Security staff is extremely rude and a general lack of customer service. Not even a courtesy to respond to feedback email to address the problem. A hotel that's doesn't care about its customers. Will never book in it again

The toilet seat was not clean

Good location, cleanliness and price. Bathroom is old. Some superior rooms comes with a balcony and some without, so it depends on the receptionists decision who choosed a room without balcony for me. They will always say the hotel is fully booked.

This is the second Mövenpick hotel I stayed at during my trip to Jordan. Overall, it is not as good as the one on the Dead Sea, especially the service. When I made the reservation, I clearly stated that this trip was for our anniversary. The hotel did not make any decorations, and the front desk did not express blessings to us. Not only was it unenthusiastic, the room was even occupied on the first night because of the tour group that arrived that day. Yes, I changed the double bed room I originally booked into a twin bed room. This is completely different from the service at the Movenpick Hotel on the Dead Sea. I will not recommend my friends to come here, I am very disappointed!

Though the check in was uneasy, all else was great. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Aqaba is a beautiful, clean and friendly city that we always enjoy coming back to.

Check in very slow and 1 desk open, rooms dated and need investment, air conditioning noisy and not very effective

Great location in Aqaba as the Hotel sits across from the water with a second level enclosed causeway that connects to the waterfront pools, restaurants and sandy beach. The hotel is well appointed with great staff and amenities. In fact, my son was seen by the hotel’s doctor and treated within 30 minutes of our call to the front desk - excellent attentive service.

Wonderful stay at a very well-run hotel with excellent amenities. Spacious suite that the receptionist gave us as a free upgrade. Helpful unobtrusive staff. Used the lap pool every morning and enjoyed the beach in the evening. Food excellent.

They were always friendly, courteous, and ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room I stayed in was exceptionally pleasant. It was clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere in the room was soothing and enjoyable. The room amenities included entertainment options, a television, comfortable chairs, and more - everything needed to feel at home. The hotel is located in an excellent location. It is close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and tourist attractions. I had easy access to explore the beautiful and captivating city. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I'm sure I will return in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, clean, and well-located accommodation.

We had such a lovely and relaxing stay in this beautiful hotel! The staff was so friendly welcoming and professional; our rooms were amazing! We enjoyed swimming in the Red Sea as well as in the swimming pools; the restaurants served delicious food. The inside of the hotel and the outside are stunningly beautiful!! I wish we could have stayed longer!

We love our stay at the Movenpick in Aqaba, Jordan. A true 5 star experience.
