The one star is for breakfast, the best I had touring around Jordan but that’s where the good stops, glad I was only here for one night. The corridors and rooms stank of stale smoke, the room along the corridor puffing away to add to it - what happened to no smoking? The room itself was in permanent darkness due to window facing directly on to a black wall with plastic leaves; not a shred of daylight to be seen though they did choose to put electric lights on the wall to light up your room at night - whose bright idea was that? Noisy due to children running up and down the corridors screaming, altogether thoroughly unpleasant.

The location was unbeatable. Situated in middle of aqaba, it offered easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. No need for expensive taxis or long walks - most sights were within a comfortable strolling distance. My room, though not overly spacious, was perfectly functional and exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.

من اول ما دخلت الفندق حامل بايدي مليون شنطة وكيس وعرباية طفل لم يقدم اي حد لي المساعدة والسبب ممكن لاني من ابن البلد لو اني سائح لجاني موظف ساعدني بنقل الامتعة.. باب الحمام لا نستطيع قفله التلفاز القنوات جميعا لا تعمل انا من قمت بانزال القنوات حتى عند الفطور لم يقم اي احد بمساعدتنا ابدا... الطاقم عند الامامية بضحكش ومكشر .. ربما لاني ابن البلد هاد مو السبب لاني لا اعتقد لو اني سائح كانت نفس المعاملة... عموما المنامة جيدة ومكان الفندق ممتاز

It was the worst stay in this hotel. My experience was bad.. First they gave me a room overlooking the opposite wall and I asked the reception to change it and I took from the reception the key to the new room and asked them to take my bag to it and I left the hotel and spent most of the time outside the hotel and when I returned to the hotel and entered the room I found the water bottle half full and we did not drink anything from it.And air condition wasn’t working at all .. I called the receptionist and they sent one of the maintenance department but unfortunately he couldn’t fix it and we slept with no Ac .. I stayed there before but wasn’t like this . This time time was really bad experience .. I booked by phone ..

I go in Bakery shop in Lacosta. They have great pastry and tasty cake. Aileen Babatid give us good service. Nice Location. It's beside of the busy street of aqaba. Sure we will come back again. I recommend this place for everybody.

Hotel bellissimo, moderno, pulito, stanze stupende e colazione deliziosa. Credo che sia stato il più bello hotel dove ho soggiornato in Giordania. Posizione ottima e personale molto qualificato… andate sul sicuro prenotando qui. Ps. Con la colazione potevo fare pure il pranzo e la cena da quanta scelta c era….ottimo!!!
