As soon as I arrived at the hotel door, someone took the baggage and handed it to the lemon tea. There was a light off in the bedroom. The maintenance staff came quickly. After repairing, there was soil on the floor and they asked if they needed cleaning and cleaning. They took the initiative to hide behind the door. These details make people feel intimate. The overall check-in experience of the hotel is very good, the sanitary conditions are good, and the service is in place. Free room upgrades, the reception is very welcoming. The location is convenient. Out is the place where you can go shopping. The room is extra comfortable and the decoration is very elegant. The hotel is at great location and the room is clean. Staffs are helpful & friendly. There’s a shop selling souvenirs just near the lobby, with a very friendly owner. We liked the breakfast, but the pool is a bit disappointed. Anyway, finding a decent room with this price in Aqaba isn’t easy. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Rehab restaurant is so far the best Lebanese restaurant in Jordan, “Tabulah” is a must try dish. The freshly backed bread is fantastic, you can set next to the sea with a great view or inside the restaurant, Special thanks to Mr.Rawad Makarem and chef ahmad khoder.

Five of our friends went to Kempinski with this originally because they had lived in Kempinski before and wanted to experience the new feeling. This hotel is newly opened. The interior facilities and decoration are super new. All aspects are very satisfactory. The shortcoming is that the restaurant is a little small. I don’t have the imagination. I hope it can be improved. However, the infinity pool and the beach next to it are really super beautiful.

The place is very calm and posh, the check in process was very nice they gave complimentary drinks because we had to wait for our rooms, and it was worth it, the view was very pleasant, their breakfast buffet was really amazing they variants of different items very tasty, nice good stay, and special thanks to the reception

We stayed for 3 nights with them and enjoyed ourselves stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It also had a lovely roof top terrace bar and pool to cool down! It's located approx. 15 min walk away from the McDonald's in town and also the same if you walk to Aqaba Fort. The staff were really kind and caring and helped us out with a few things in terms of bookings. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choice of breads,fresh fruit,eggs and cereal. Would stay here again.
