Fênix Plaza Hotel

This hotel used to be good, but at the time I stayed, the TV was off and there was a warning on the screen that it was due to non-payment. I asked them to solve it and a nervous little manager, in addition to not solving it, also treated me with contempt. I do not recommend

Super poorly maintained hotel, poor maintenance, water only came out of the shower through 5 shower holes, we had to remove it to take a shower, the water pressure is good, but there is a lack of cleanliness in the shower holes so that the water can come out. The sink taps were both loose. Toilet bowl and toilet lid stained, yellowed. There was only one set of towels on the bed and it was dirty, stained. (We booked a double room), I called reception and informed them that the towel was dirty. They only brought 1 set of towels. When I called again to order another one they didn't answer the phone. Air conditioning didn't turn on. Control panel at the head of the bed did not work. Bathroom without a shower stall, everything flooded. Sliding folding door in the bedroom bathroom (absurd). Horrible breakfast, the fruit was poorly cut, the mango, despite being firm, which allowed it to be cut in a well-presented way, had huge, stringy pieces as if it had been torn. Very ripe papaya, it was soft. The cold cuts were on plastic trays that showed signs of being reused. The food was running out and there was no replacement, the trays were left empty which gave an even worse impression. Everything was very careless, very ugly, a bad overall impression. There is no place to hang clothes, there is no bed on either side of the bed, which forces one of the guests to put things on the floor. We were going to stay at the hotel a little longer and rested and decided to continue our journey immediately as we were so impressed with the care of the hotel.

Note 1, poor quality service, there is no room service, the maintenance and cleaning of the rooms leaves something to be desired, the communication service for making complaints is not answered, that is, there is no one to complain to, neither the manager nor the reception
