Toda estrutura é muito boa, o espaço do quarto é bem dividido e funcional, bem limpo e confortável, e tudo muito bonito. A comida principalmente no café e almoço estava muito saborosas, os adultos e as crianças se divertiram bastante. Poderia so ajustar um pouco as recreações, mas no geral é foi tudo otimo, certeza que voltaremos. O atendimento também foi otimo.

O resort tem uma localização muito boa, bem perto da praia. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem equipados, e possui 3 ótimas piscinas. Os serviços são muito atenciosos, desde a limpeza, entretenimento e a gastronomia. O lugar possui uma ampla área para estacionamento.

Quarto otimo grande Suite premium, atendentes recepção precisa melhorar estrutura, atendentes lententos, atendente recepção restaurantes mulheres mal educadas, bar piscina fraco, fiz o pagamento almoço cobraram das minhas filhas de 11 anos como adultos o dobro d preço, depois fiquei sabendo que pagam meio.. cafe da manha tinha ate fila para entrar.. CACHORRO de hospede latindo 8h da manha achei um absurdo. enfim 6/10

Muito bom, atendimento excelente, todos muito prestativos e atenciosos apartamento maravilhoso de ótimo qualidade piscinas grandes, jacuzzi café da manhã com bastante opções e uma delícia, viajei minha família, e com certeza quando voltarmos iremos nos hospedar no wellness.

Ambiente muito acolhedor. Dos serviços que utilizei fiquei satisfeita. Fui com uma parte da familia e em breve retorno para apresentar o resort para os demais. O ponto alto da estadia foi a proximidade que o mundo BEACH PARK oferece, muito além do parque aquático.

Muito bonito, muitas atividades boas para fazer no hotel, academia, espaço de spa e café da manhã muito bom. Fiquei no apartamento 1107, bem confortável, quartos e sala muito bem conservados, várias opções de roupas de cama, possui uma pequena cozinha com micro ondas e frigobar que ajuda em preparo de refeições rápidas. Rejuntes do chuveiro e mármore com lodo, chuveiro dificil de regular a temperatura, as janelas dos banheiros abrem pro corredor dos elevadores, e não possuem exaustores, perdendo privacidade. Varanda do 1º andar também não tem privacidade, fluxo de pessoas constante em todos os horários. Serviço de quarto foi delicioso, cozinha muito boa, mas entregue em uma embalagem descartável de papelão, sacola fedorenta. Check-In demorado, principalmente pra quem está com menores de idade, que são maioria dos hóspedes, pra conferência de documentos e assinaturas de termos que poderiam ser feitos em outro momento. Check-out também demorado, os quartos são longe da recepção para conferência.
