Visiting Isrotel Nega Ein Bokek in August felt like a journey to Mars! The red, Martian-like desert landscape was both awe-inspiring and intense, especially with temperatures hitting 39 degrees Celsius by 5:30 am. Despite the scorching heat, Isrotel Nega proved to be a sanctuary. The hotel itself was great, offering respite from the midday sun. The rooms were spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and cool down. What made the stay truly remarkable was the staff; they were not just efficient but extraordinarily friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home despite being on the 'Red Planet.' If you're planning a trip to this otherworldly destination , Isrotel Nega Ein Bokek is your go-to for comfort, great service, and a truly Martian experience!

We enjoyed the location (close to the dead sea) and the salt water pool in the spa. We had everything we needed but for the amount we paid, the hotel was a disappointment on every level. Service - we arrived right at check-in time and our room still wasn't ready. We were told it would be ready in just a few minutes so we sat in the lobby which was full of people waiting for their rooms to be ready, and 45 minutes later we finally got our keys. Cleaning - In the morning we went to breakfast and returned 2 hours later to find our room was still not cleaned, and only when we specifically asked them, they ”cleaned” but didn't even replace the towels. Towels - while clean towels are provided at the outdoor pool, you collect them from a laundry bin where they are not even folded, just straight out of the laundry room (we were skeptical they were even clean but multiple staff members directed us there for clean towels). Dining experience - there is a buffet available for all meals, but at the first dinner we had to go track down a staff member to bring us clean forks because none of the tables were fully set. At the second dinner, we waited 30 minutes just to get a table to sit at. Kind of ridiculous. The food itself was just okay... Again, would definitely expect at least a little more considering the nightly rate here. I still had a great trip and got everything I truly needed to enjoy myself but the hotel facilities definitely did not contribute to the experience and I would not stay here again. When you pay so much per night, you should at least get folded towels at the pool and not have to chase staff down just to get clean forks at dinner.

We enjoy very much to come with the family. We are here four rooms. They have very much thingsk for children’s day are very close today. See they have a private beach. The service is very sweet. Very good and we receive a very nice room with the Seaview, they have here a big spa treatments. It’s no expensive the food at the hotel. It’s good. They have in the evening singers and people who take care about the children’s all the day. They are very sweet people.

Breakfast is not suitable for Chinese taste, but you can experience the Dead Sea style and local food in Israel. There are many types of buffets. I am not very suitable as a northerner. Hehe

It is the 3rd or 4th time I stay here with friends as part of our desert trip. Very nice place, well equipped, nice staff. In short' everything you need in a fair price.
