This is awesome hotel option for people wanting to explore arambol beach and close by beautiful beaches like keri, ashvem and morjim. Staff is very helpful and polite especially mr ***jeet. Had a great time at this property.

Room preference given to international tourist first, then to indians. Have been staying at the same hotel for 5 years now for every year, knowing the ***ager/caretaker. The only negative point about this place, else wont be staying there on every trip. Everything else is up to the standards. But when you feel a sense of partial behavior between customers, its okay to express your views.

They didn't let us checkin late and gave a check-in time of 2am in the night. Not in safe location. We didn't check in and then, they didn't even refund the money. Not recommending to anyone.

when we are checking out they asked us for extra charges for cleaning of towel as there are some stains of food on it while there are already stains on curtains and in bedsheet when we checked in, tap of washroom is also not functioning properly, we told them three four times but they did not changed it and we have to ***aged some how, while checking out the ***ager said "aap log he gande h ar aapko gandgi pasand h" tone of ***ager is very rude

property lacks the basic amenities of intercom, wifi & room service. entire staff including the ***ager are poorly trained and have done a shoddy job.. no

Excellent service, beautiful property, very nice rooms. The location and access to the property is difficult, its through a tiny lane where a small car barely fits. So if you're driving, parking is limited and access road is narrow.
