Our adventure in the Resort begins with a double check in lasting approximately 1 hour. Reservation made to stay in "park villas" but instead we were moved to the "telis" area, when I asked why this move was made I was told: they are the same anyway. Once we got to the room (accompanied by car), we immediately noticed a 70s/80s air conditioner that made a noise like a 747 at take-off. Of course we had to keep it on because of the heat. The room was poorly maintained. The bathroom was decent but with a broken shower head and a wobbly toilet. We were struck by a TV decoder stuck between the wall and the television (which didn't work). The entrance to our room was near a heating plant that released a significant smell of gas, in fact every return to the room was accompanied by 1 or 2 prayers. The Resort has incredible potential, only that the lack of care and the lack of staff reduce it to a village of horrors, with dirty streets, exposed electrical cables, poor lighting and various other defects. The buffet restaurant wasn't the best but at least the food was edible, accompanied every day by the assiduous presence of wasps that you found everywhere (both in the dishes and on the tables). The entertainment, which in a village should be the very essence of entertainment, was nothing in this one. Very few entertainers, little smiling and almost zero initiatives. Sports, shows, chats and entertainment for paying customers remain a utopia. Maybe they were good for those with children because they worked for them. I can't comment on the spa because it wasn't working and it wasn't possible to use it. Huge disappoin**ent. At least they reimbursed us for the spa expense booked in advance. Let's continue... The beaches of the resort are aesthetically pleasing, but artificial and small. They immediately filled up with people and so we had to retreat to the pool. Pool parenthesis "the swimming pool in the main square is built under a tree that shed leaves 24 hours a day, forcing the lifeguard on duty to do the pool cleaning service rather than the control and safety of the pool and people". The rest of the pools were clean and looked after quite well. The park with the animals is a nice attraction except that to see it all you have to take a walk which, for those who are not a little fit, will exhaust you. In fact, moving around the village is quite tiring depending on where you go. To remedy this, there is an open bus (boboi) which, having scheduled stops, takes you around the entire resort. My question though is this... but when does it rain? Fortunately it rains little in summer. To conclude, I think I wasted my money by choosing this resort which on paper is described as the top in Sardinia. But between saying and doing there is the sea, in this case an ocean. Maybe because we went to the end of the season, maybe because they had reduced the staff or maybe we had bad luck
