Breakfast is served in the garden; fresh, high-quality local products, from savory to sweet. The owner, Stefano, is a delightful person, professional and very helpful: he even booked us a boat trip along the beautiful Ogliastra coast. Clorinda made us feel at home with her hospitality and professionalism. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel has a private beach and pool, making it perfect for a vacation. All hotel facilities can be paid for with your room key, which is very convenient. The beach water was a little murky, but the pool was very clean. We requested a paid shuttle service from the hotel, but unfortunately they weren't at the airport at the time we were picked up, and the driver was rude. Overall, the value for money is not bad."

"1. Check-In and Accommodation Failure: We spent our first afternoon/evening and the next day dealing with room discrepancies (receiving double rooms instead of our requested connecting twin rooms). This completely disrupted our arrival and wasted valuable holiday time. 2. Substandard and Hazardous Dining Conditions: The food quality at Telis Restaurant was far below acceptable standards. From depleted buffets, missing cutlery, and uncleared tables to visibly spoiled produce (brown salads and cucumbers, mouldy fruit), chipped tableware, and broken equipment, the dining experience was severely compromised. Food was inedible. I have always regarded Falkensteiner as a trusted brand, which makes this experience deeply disappointing. Additionally, I view the resort's accreditation as the "world's leading eco-resort" to be severely endangered and bordering on false marketing. The regular distribution of plastic cups, bowls, disposable table sets, and napkins at every meal completely contradicts these green claims. As this eco-accreditation was a major selling point for me when booking, I feel very misled by false advertising."

"Terrible stay for two consecutive night power is cut-off at midnight. Can you imagine no electricity untill next morning. You have to walk long way from car parking, food is terrible at restaurants. Oh my God I was in Africa"

"This is really amazing place that looks like small Sardinian villa in the shade of lush greenery. We lived in Suite Del Mare with beautiful sea view which we saw while sitting on our terrace and even lying in bed. Every morning was magical! I really liked the beaches of the resort. They are different: sandy and rocky, some with a pontoon or stairs. There are many cozy places with sun beds and umbrellas. And what a crystal clear sea! There are several restaurants at the resort, but we only went to Del Mare because as breakfast as diner were tasty. The staff is helpful and friendly. I especially want to thank Vineta Riekstina – Guest Relation Executive of Suites Del Mare. The only one that I regret that can’t stay longer."

"Beautiful rustic hotel, really peaceful with wonderful views & beaches. Only fault, be very careful when booking the airport transfer via the hotel - I was picked up ridiculously early, 5:00! There was no option to negotiate this time so ended up in the airport very, very early missing breakfast too :("
