"Very welcoming hotel, friendly staff ready to accommodate customer requests. Large room, clean, and equipped with all comforts... I appreciated the "real" hair dryer... usually they are small and have few watts. The dinner was also very good, offering a double choice of starter, first course and second course. The spa was much appreciated as it had all the essentials: swimming pool with jets, sauna, Turkish bath, showers, possibility of receiving massages, herbal tea corner and small gym. Good and varied breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"We stayed at this hotel for five nights. We felt welcomed and pampered. The staff—from the manager to the rest of the team—are delightful, attentive to guests' needs, and ready to provide assistance with any need, exceeding all expectations. The property is an oasis of peace, managed with care, sensitivity, and attention to detail. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Again, quality and attention to detail are evident in every detail. We wholeheartedly recommend this property, which pleasantly surprised us."

"Where to start. - Bunk-beds in a room for three 6" boys (even though we booked and paid extra for a bigger room for them - confirmed by email 'by the prvider') - this was not resolved, and still is not resolved. - There is NO Gym (despite telling us 4 times there is!!). -There is no Hire-Drive cars available. - Food is well below standard - all frozen, nothing fresh... - Staff are below par - Reception Staff are extremely condescending!. - Place overall was dirty - Buffet was shocking!! No flavour at all, and the cheapest food I have ever experienced - ever!. - Wasps and flies over all food. - Transport cancelled 24 hours before we travelled (by e-mail). Sorted our own, only to find out it wasn't cancelled, and that they wanted paying! Took 10.days to resolve. The colour of your wrist-band seemed to direct staff's attention. I would steer clear of this place. Finally, 'Client Relations Manager' - please have enough sense and respect to NOT reply to this. You only do that to 'close it off'. Pay attention to tour Clients. It looked like a place waiting for New Owners, because it's quite 'Run-Down'."

"Booked and paid everything in advance around 3800 with all-inclusive. Would I do it again? ABSOLUTELY NOT. When we arrived at the facility we were disheartened, an old and dilapidated complex. Maybe 4 stars in the 70s but not today. Food from breakfast to dinner of very poor quality. Umbrellas that don't protect you from the sun and deckchairs that are absurdly uncomfortable, every morning you had to jostle for a place on the narrow beach. In fact, we went to the nearby Cea Bay at least 4 times. Not to mention the bedroom where the same quality can be found in a tavern or in some military dormitory, certainly not in a 4 star hotel, on my side there was no socket to charge the phone, the Wi-Fi didn't work throughout the facility (in 2024 this is not tolerable). Overall, a disappointing experience that I would only recommend to my sister-in-law! (which I hate!!)"

"It was the second time that we spent our family holidays at Arbatax Park Resort and it was great again. The resort is beautiful and offers a lot of possibilities. Food was good. Staff was very friendly (except for the superior staff from Telis reception who often didn‘t even great when met in the resort). We (and especially our kids) loved the Boboi bus and the drivers alway very nice to us and our kids. The only negative points: the public toilets at the pool and the restaurants often didn‘t meet our hygienic expectatives. Some of them also need a renovation (i.e. the onces close to the shops). Them drinks at the bar are rather pricey for Italy."

"After 13 summer on Sardinia I must say that this has been the best Hotel we ever stayed on in Sardinia. From the moment we arrive we have been treated like we were the only one in the hotel🩷 The ROOM are modern, elegant, top Quality of everything in the ROOM. The ROOM were cleaned 100% perfekt every day with new towels and new bedlinen🥰 The breakfast was exelent with fresh frukt, bread, croissant and lots of chees, meat, eggs and all type of coffee, they also made your choice of omelett, schrambled eggs etc. The Hotel had a fantastic top terrasse with view to kill for, romantisk and cosy. It is also a great garden with a beautiful swimmingpool, excelent kn the evening after a boattrip or the Spiaggia. Very clean, cosy and nice pool🏊‍♀️ The staff were extreamly proffesional, discreat and very polite💚💚💚 Love them all Julia, we will come back to your FANTASTIC hotel🩷💚🩷💚🩷💚🩷 Lots of love from Norway Charlotte & Gjord"
