Tout sauf un 3 étoiles. Chambre petite, salle de bain minuscule et vieillotte. Etablissement à rénover entièrement au plus vite.

Hôtel trois étoiles il mériterait que deux étoiles , salle de bain à rénover ainsi que le mobilier . Les fauteuils de la piscine sont sales . L’emplacement de l’hôtel est agréable pour son emplacement 8 minutes du centre d’Arcachon . Parking dans l’hôtel . Personnel à l’accueil tout juste aimable . Le personnel au ménage agréable. Petit déjeuner correct . Hôtel qui a réellement besoin d’un gros rafraîchissement .

Réceptionniste désagréable, il arrive me dit qu’est ce qu’il y a je suis en pause.plus que limite le comportement. J’explique mon cas mais il s’en fiche . Le service n’est pas la priorité apparemment. ……… Je ne comprends ce genre de comportement sachant que ce n’est pas le début de la saison.

Extrêmement déçu pour un hôtel « 3 étoiles » réservation sur booking à 93euros la nuit pour une chambre de cette qualité la.. même un ibis budget est clairement mieux.. la personne à l’accueil nous a reçu correctement.. mais de gros travaux de rénovation serait le bien venu et de propreté extérieur.. Voici des photos de notre terrasse extérieur devant notre chambre..

This hotel looks amazing from the outside but inside very disappointing. Style over substance in the incrredibly small double room, would have been better as a single. No space to really move around, the bathroom was not much better, an overbath shower but it did have plenty of hot water. We did ask if we could have a larger room but were told nothing was available. We were led to believe from the website that the restaurant was open but this was not the case, we could go to a sister hotel. Breakfast was good but not included in the room rate.

Hôtel propre un peut vieux bien dormi calme Pour une nuit cela fais le job accueil bien de quoi gare sa voiture pas loin du centre ville à pied. pas loin de la dune du pila petit déjeuner correct bien dans l ensemble Si un jour nous revenons nous pourrions revenir dans cette hôtel même si cela je le répète est un petit vieux

Hôtel charmant à l'architecture typique de la région. Rapport qualité prix excellent, personnel charmant et attentionné (mention spéciale au réceptionniste de nuit tellement sympathique).Très bien situé à quelques pas de la gare, de la plage et du centre-ville. Idéal pour un court séjour, hors saison. Je reviendrai!
