Nos encantó todo, repetiríamos sin duda alguna. A destacar el trato recibido a nuestra llegada por la recepcionista. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta y l habitación preciosa. El desayuno también de 10!!!

We spent a total of three nights here. The room was clean but unfortunately the adjacent shower was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with black molt in multiple places. The shower was cleaned the next day but unfortunately a large portion of the black molt remained as it was already deep in and under the silicone. The hotel said that they were planning to remove it as soon as possible but frankly this is not acceptable. I hope they will do so before the next guests will arrive. Besides this the hotel was very nice and very close to the heart of Ciutadella. However, because of the cleanliness it was not worth the money we spent and I think there are plenty other hotels to choose from.

Atencion genial en recepcion, las dos chicas son muy majas, con muchos consejos y ayudas para disfrutar de la estadia. La habitacion con terraza es super aprovechable. Nos encanto hacer meriendas por las tardes.

Lovely boutique hotel - great location in the heart of the old town - cute, quirky and interesting design - Each room was beautifully designed and laid out - our kids had a great room with a balcony . We arrived late evening on the ferry from Barcelona - but a member of staff was still on reception and was so helpful - she gave us a map and recommendations for dinner and breakfast.

Ubicación perfecta en Ciutadella. En nada estás en el centro caminando . Lo único fue aparcar que hay que buscar plaza, per lo cierto es que siempre tuvimos suerte con este tema. Para desayunar tienes muchos sitios cerca y también para cenar.
