Ha sido una excelente experiencia en el hotel. El staff destaca por su amabilidad y atención en todo momento (especialmente Alejo, quien tiene una excelente disposición en el restaurante, siempre atendiendo con buen humor). Por estar de luna de miel, nos hicieron un regalo de bienvenida y un “upgrade” en nuestra habitación, y han sido muy atentos para responder a todos nuestros requerimientos.

O hotel está situado em uma localização maravilhosa em Menorca e a comida foi saborosa, especialmente as opções sem glúten, que apreciamos. O funcionário Alejo se destacou com seu atendimento simpático e prestativo durante todas as refeições, o que foi um grande ponto positivo para nós. No entanto, tivemos várias preocupações durante a nossa estadia. Enfrentamos problemas significativos com o ar condicionado e a manutenção do quarto, que não foram resolvidos de forma eficiente. A higiene na área de refeições também foi uma grande preocupação, pois frequentemente encontramos utensílios deixados na comida e pratos limpos com restos de comida, o que afetou negativamente a experiência gastronômica. O design do restaurante e das áreas comuns poderia ser melhorado. Além disso, o ambientador do hotel não era agradável. Notamos também que o acesso à sauna e ao banho turco é feito pelos balneários femininos e masculinos, respectivamente, o que não oferecia a privacidade desejada nos balneários/wc. O ginásio estava em boas condições, mas outras áreas das instalações gerais precisavam de mais atenção.

I was disappointed that a 4 star hotel did not provide tea and coffee in the room, just a kettle and cups . We always like to make a drink when we arrive at our destination, so we had to go straight out and find a cafe and a supermarket. We have visited Cala Galdana for the last 8 years but this is the first time in this hotel. It was very relaxed , the food was wonderful, the staff were great and the beds were comfy. We loved that the loungers around the pool are not close together and to stop towel dropping the pool is not open untill 9am. Entertainment was totally brilliant, we really enjoyed it . We will return next year , with tea bags in our case !!!

This hotel was brilliant!!! Initially I was disappointed that we didn’t have a balcony . BUT - we did have a beautiful sea and pool view . The cleanliness was impeccable . The food and drinks were just perfect & not over priced . The location was great 5 min walk to the beach , same to shops restaurants and bars . Bus stop just across the road with regular buses all over the island . Entertainment was fabulous too . We had a great holiday & would love to return sometime .

We are having a lovely stay at Hotel Minura; the food, the accomodation, the beaches, the walks and the sites of the island. The staff are lovely and we say hola to Alejo. So many interesting sites to see in a small island; Talayotic Majorca (Bronze age remains) and nature. A small rental car was very useful.

Já tínhamos estado neste hotel em 2021. Era bom. Voltamos em 2024. Está ainda melhor. Gostamos. Pertinho da praia. Boa alimentação. Serviço bom. Limpeza boa. Pessoal atencioso. Relação serviço/preço, Boa. Como hotel de praia, é Bom e tranquilo.

Venimos para este hotel hace 3 años y siempre nos sorprenden positivamente. Este hotel es parte de nuestra historia, os comparto. Venimos por primera vez en el año de pandemia, era justo lo que necesitábamos en ese momento.Desde luego, todos con su alegría, actitud positiva, preocupación genuina y constante, el humanismo nos sorprendió. La playa fantástica, localización perfecta, precio ajustado, condiciones óptimas, restaurante maravilloso. Viajamos por muchísimos sitios y nunca los repetimos, excepto Menorca, justo en este hotel. A partir de ahí me quedé embarazada y todos los años siguientes hemos venido con nuestra bebé. La han reconocido para que vean cómo es un ambiente tan familiar. Nos han proporcionado cuartos especiales por iniciativa de ellos, para nuestra comodidad. Nuestra niña y nosotros volveremos todos los años, es nuestro sitio. El único que repetimos desde siempre. Gracias a todos, gracias a los camareros, recepción, todos por trabajaren con gusto, humanidad genuina y nunca por obligación. Eso se nota. Gracias Francisco de recepción , gracias Juan Jesús y Judit del restaurante ,entre tantos otros que no sabemos el nombre pero hacen la diferencia!
