Awful place! Photos not true to life no toaster or hairdryer! Dangerous kettle which leaked on to electric plate and caused an electric shock! Filthy outside and inside with filthy blankets. Security was a wooden louvred door which was not adequate! On arrival was dropped off expecting the reception to be on site but was told it was a 10 minute walk away. Reception was closed with a phone number on door. Eventually got through and told block and apar**ent number and advised key was in the door. I booked through sunshine holidays who have a message saying lines are down! Private messaged on messenger and have had no reply! I’m seriously concerned about health and safety of these apar**ents.

We had a ground floor that as soon as we opened the door we did not get hit by a smell of dirty and pipes that pulled us back. Upon entering we were greeted by cockroaches that were not exactly dead. Duch **** there was an odyssey because the thermos lasts nothing and less. All this with a little girl even worse. The walls are made of cardboard and if the neighbors have a party on top of that, I won't even tell you what that can be. When we went to bed, our surprise was that when we opened the sheets, the beds were full of hair, which is very creepy. Seeing all this situation and the state of the apar**ents, we decided to go to the Hotel opposite, which was what really saved our stay. The only good thing about these apar**ents is the location everything else zero.

It is not like in the photos. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from Cala Blanca, where you have a beautiful cove with restaurant services. The area is very quiet, to rest and to see beautiful sunsets. The apar**ent is very old, and they need a huge reform, although it was clean, we had 2 towels per person every 2 days, as for the bathroom and kitchenware, you have no liquids. For a few days how are you going to sleep, well, no more.

One of the worst places I have stayed, you have apar**ents in better conditions in any other place in Menorca with a better location, kitchenware and facilities in good condition and above all clean. When we arrived the apar**ent was extremely dirty, crumbs on the sofa from other guests, dirt in the kitchen from not having been cleaned in months and also with bugs!, USED and dirty sheets, bathroom with horrible smell and very dirty, dust on everything the apar**ent and the conditions in which many of the things are left to be desired, old and very neglected. Taking into account the situation we are currently experiencing, in the midst of a pandemic it seems to me an attack on health to give an apar**ent in these conditions. It's not worth spending a single euro on this site, they deserve a full-fledged complaint for playing like this with people's health.
