Small boutique hotel in the heart of Ciutadella, just next to the cathedral. Great location, nice design, staff is nice and breakfast abundant and changing every day. Probably a bit overpriced for the services you can get.

Non si tratta di un Hotel Luxury ma di un B&B in un bella struttura storica. Segnalo poca attenzione del personale ai servizi di base. Esempio: replenishment dei prodotti freschi da frigo per la colazione e acqua nel frigobar della camera.

We stayed in the Seranova during the festival of Sant Joan and we can honestly say that this place is special. The staff are amazing, the rooms are beautiful, the outdoor space although small, was perfect. The pool was ideal for a quick dip after another blisteringly hot, busy day in the city, and the honesty bar was very welcome! Breakfast was extraordinarily bountiful with an array of delicious food that seemed to change on a daily basis and a waitress that was available to cook a variety of dishes upon asking. There is art on seemingly every wall that is available to purchase which is a lovely touch. We really cannot fault the hotel or it’s staff and look forward to seeing them and the hotel again.
