Wre are seasoned travellers so don't think we are being picky, but this hotel is noisy and the photo of the cathedral view is misleading. Firstly, we had room 309 which iis the room they use in the advert for the view. What they don't show is that the majority of the view is a car park and the left hand side of the view is obliterated by an unfinished brick wall. Secondly the hotel.is noisy. Room 309 sits directly below the terrace bar and has minimal noise insulation. Whilst the music stopped at 10 pm, staff were reorganising the chairs and tables until at least 11.45pm, scraping them across what was effectively our ceiling. It was at this point we phoned reception and asked to be moved as even with earplugs it was impossible to sleep. We could also see this happening again at 6.00 am for breakfast. They accommodated us in an internal room,but because of the lack of noise insulation you can hear every movement in the room upstairs, which woke us at. 6.45am. Oh and bring an eye mask as the internal rooms have a section of window that has no curtain. Staff were very good in changing our room, and the hotel is very well located, just be aware that you may not get the good nights sleep you were expecting.

Excellent ! The hitel is beautiful, room clean and close to everything. Dont forget to try the pizza at the restaurant on the roof top ! Amazing 😍

Excellent location , very close to the Plaza de Armas , Santa Catalina Monastery and other attractions, the staff was very professional and kind. I will definitely come back again.

Had an excellent experience in the hotel. It was beautiful with view to the cathedral. The Hotel have a rooftop with a bar and food. They play music diring the evening while you enjoy the sunset. It just 3min walking from Plaza de Armas. A lot of resturant options near the hotel.

The property is relatively new and everything is in excellent condition. The staff do everything in their power to make your stay a good one. Breakfast eggs made to order when you arrive in dining area on patio roof. I would return if ever given the opportunity.

Todo fue bueno para festejar los 17 años de nieta Daniela rodeados de toda la familia. Degustamos de las ricas pizas que estuvieron muy bien preparadas acompañados de ricis vinos calientes pada mitigar el frio de la temporada. Y también apreciando Arequipa de noche ya que la terraza del Hotel Ariquepay se presta y ofrece una vista excelente.

Estuvimos reunidos por el cumple de una sobrina, las pizzas de tres quesos, bechamel, ari quepay buenazas, el vino caliente … y la música espectacular con el DJ Abu * la vista maravillosa, llegamos a las 6 de la tarde hasta las 10 de la noche.La pasamos muy bien y volveremos.
