"The hotel is okay, but the breakfast is just poor (2 types of ham, 1 cheese, packed jams, two bowls of fruits, no coffee machine, 2 types of yogurts, 2 types of cereal and bread). Junior suit that I booked was rather disappointing - just had a balcony and was slightly bigger than a standard room - nothing luxurious about it. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, just got a glass bottle of water with 2 glasses. Shower head absolutely filthy and faulty, but been working fine. I would have preferred to have a shower gel and shampoo in the shower instead of small soaps and packets of shampoo. Hotel is located next to very busy street, so it can be very noisy, also the outside lights doesn’t help falling asleep and the curtains are not completely blacking out. The staff were very nice, kind and friendly. Stay was fine, but no frills."

"I went on a 3 week trip to Cusco, Puno and Arequipa. I am usually pretty easy to please when it comes to hotels. Cleanliness is the major thing for me. But this hotel not only was impeccably clean, but my room was very modern. Great staff, excellent fresh breakfast, and the location was awesome. A short 5 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas in one direction, and 2 blocks to the awesome Arequipa Market with shopping for anything you need. The hotel was a great experience. It was the best one of my entire trip. Highly recommend. If you can’t be happy with this hotel, you shouldn’t be traveling. Cleaner than 90% of hotels in the U.S.A."
