Está situado en un barrio residencial, no muy lejos del centro histórico de Arequipa. Aunque ha tenido mejores tiempos, todavía se observa y ofrece una gran calidad de servicio, dentro de muy buenas instalaciones. El personal muy amable y eficiente. El personal del restaurante inmejorable.

Old-style hotel, welcoming reception, good treatment of the reception staff. Spacious room, with old furniture, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Estuvimos alojados una noche en nuestra estancia en Peru en este hotel. La habitaciones son acogedoras y espaciosas, al menos las que nos toco a nosotros, el desayuno muy bueno, y tambien destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal. Quiza es cierto que el hotel no esta muy centrico, pero para nosotros no fue mucho problema ir caminando fuese dia o noche. Podria volver a alojarme en este hotel.

Terrible hotel passes the 4 star rating. On some websites they even put it as 5 stars... Not a roadside motel... The photos on their website are far from reality. Old and very deteriorated A ceramic jar where they put the gel in bulk broke and they made us pay 8 euros. Old blankets and cold in the room No buffet at breakfast. They serve on the table some dry toast, a coffee and a juice. Very rare everything. I do not recommend at all. It is also very far from the center of Arequipa

We stayed 1 night in this hotel booked by the honeymoon agency. It seemed it was just us, there wasn't a soul alive, after 6pm everything was dark and gloomy. We asked about the bar but by 6pm it was already closed. The room was essential, not very spacious, completely freezing and very dark with poorly functioning wifi. There was a small electric heater for warmth. To get to the center you have to walk about 15 minutes but in the evening being close to a park it is not very safe so it is better to call a taxi. Definitely not 5 star.
