Mala atencion personal sin uniforme, apagon de Luz, Sin control de TV, No quisieron aceptar dinero en billete de 200 soles, y por poco no me quizo devolver el vuelto que se confundio.. mala experiencia..

Habitaciones pequeñas, camas pequeñas no aptas para personas altas. El primer día de alojamiento solo me dejaron una toalla que estaba percudida y deshilachada en los extremos. Contraté el servicio de sala de reuniones para un evento: el espacio era sumamente pequeño, en un sótano, sin puerta, sin ventanas, sin ventilación, sin aire acondicionado, junto al almacén del hotel, con ruidos que se filtran desde el primer piso. Administrador(a) ausente, solo responde el personal de recepción y solo dos de ellos son amables. Propuestas de coffee break y almuerzos bastante deficientes para el precio, sin platos típicos. Solo el chef es realmente amable y proactivo. No lo recomiendo, me he hospedado y organizado eventos en hoteles de 3 estrellas, con un servicio e instalaciones muchísimo mejores que los de este hotel que, supuestamente, es de 4 estrellas.

Good location but the wifi is terrible. Its taken me 30 mins to upload this review! A lot of noise in the hotel as the rooms do not have good sound insulation. Room decor is a bit dated. The toilet looks like its from the 60's. Hotel was chosen by the tour operator.

Alloggio nella media, personale cordiale. Camere pulite e carine con bella terrazza, unica pecca non c’è nessun tipo di riscaldamento in camera. Molto vicino al centro città. Ottimo per passare qualche notte durante il tour alla scoperta del Perù.

Lo que más me ha gustado de este hotel, la limpieza, la amplitud y comodidad de las habitaciones y sobre todo la amabilidad y atención del personal de recepción, el desayuno aunque muy bien presentado nos pareció un poco escaso, echamos en falta algo más de bollería

Good location, 1 block to the square, clean, spacious and a good stop over. It is not a 4 star as claimed. It is tiered with not good Wi-Fi. Service was average. Breakfast was ok. Overall it was ok and clean with nothing really good or really bad to say!

Hubo un problema con mi reserva y con mucha amabilidad me dieron opciones sin perjudicarme. El personal muy cordial, atentos y respetuosos. Las habitaciones excelentes: camas, limpieza, baño, enchufes, wifi, cable, etc. todo buenísimo. El desayuno rico y contundente! La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca a la plaza de armas. Me apoyaron con mi equipaje en custodia, mientras esperaba para hacer mi check in y después del check out. Lo recomiendo totalmente!!!
