Fui a Arequipa para un viaje corto y unos amigos me recomendaron el Queens Villa, el hotel está situado en el Vallecito en una zona residencial de clase media con varios restaurantes cercanos, la Plaza de Armas está a unos 10 minutos caminando. La ubicación me pareció muy buena ya que a diferencia del centro histórico el Vallecito es muy limpio, no es tan populoso y relajante. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo básico para una buena estadía, la piscina es perfecta para tener un momento de descanso y disfrutar el espectacular sol de Arequipa. Mi experiencia fue muy buena en el hotel, la atención tanto del personal de recepción y la administradora fue muy buena, mención especial para la señorita a cargo de los desayunos quien fue muy servicial. Lo único que faltaría es tener opciones de comidas, vi que tenían un restaurante pero imagino que por pandemia tuvieron que de*****litar ese servicio, sin embargo, te brindan opciones de restaurantes muy buenos que hacen entrega al hotel.

El hotel es una casona rehabilitada y acondicionada. Las áreas son aceptables.
Falta aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, hace mucho frío en las noches.

Excelente atención…personal muy amable, limpio y cómodo…el sitio es lindo, contrasta lo antiguo con lo moderno…el desayuno variado todos los días…la piscina lamento no haberla usado, porque hizo un poquito de frío…así es que para la próxima
