The room is a little small, but very clean. The location is good. It takes only five minutes to walk to the Plaza de Armas and is not far from the monastery. The courtyard for breakfast is very comfortable.

The hotel is brand new, looks smart and is well located. The service was very friendly and helpful; We had a tour that started at 3:00 in the morning and the receptionist actively offered take-away breakfast bags during check-in. They were there for us at the reception at 3:00 a.m. sharp. Unfortunately we didn't have warm water at the sink in the morning and the water didn't drain properly.

El personal del hotel, es muy atento. Resaltando sobre todos al ME Javier Goyzueta, siempre atento con los pedidos y servicial en todo momento. Su desayuno es muy variado y tiene bastantes opciones para poder escoger a gusto de cada uno. El hotel está ubicado a unas cuadras de la plaza.

Me paso lo que creo que es el peor error que puede pasar en un hotel ... ME ABRIERON LA PUERTA DE LA HABITACION ...!!! Es importante indicar que no era horario de limpieza era ya la tarde y una persona entro a preguntar si me dejaba un formulario, muy sospechoso...Debo indicar que todo estuvo muy bien con el hotel, la atención del personal y el desayuno eran de los mejores hasta este evento que me parece imperdonable... asi que con mucha pena debo decir .... hospedence en el Hampton bajo su propio riesgo.
