I reported that I didn’t have any hot water. They fixed it by the next day only to have it happen again and again. My room didn’t have any windows and was under the kitchen. All night long, I heard pots and pans rustling and crashing. But the rooftop deck is wonderful!

Hôtel très bien situé avec une belle architecture intérieure en bois et acier Les junior suite sont un peu limites notamment la salle de bains qui n est pas au niveau de la catégorie de la chambre Magnifique roof top qui n est malheureusement pas du tout exploité (pas de bar par exemple) On a un peu l impression d être dans un hôtel fantôme

El Hotel, es de lejos A1, las instalaciones tienen una arquitectura tradicional que combina el sillar (una piedra volcánica tradicional, con vidrio, madera y metal. Exquisita arquitectura. La atención? TODOS se dedican a engreirte,complacerte, amabilisimos. Yo he recorrido muchos países por todo el mundo y hay buenas y no tan buenas experiencias, pero PALLA HOTEL BOUTIQUE es realmente excelencia! Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas y muy funcionales, la cama es full comfort y tienen balcones que dan experiencias adicionales. Tienen una piscina linda, pequeña y temperada, que se agradece mucho en el clima de Arequipa, agua calientita como en el Caribe. Además tienen una maquina de uso ilimitada con capuccinos, cafes, chocolotates, etc gratuitas y te ilimitados. En serio, este Hotel es de una clase y elegancia y servicio excelente.

Inmejorable. Trato súper amable desde el momento en el que entramos hasta que nos fuimos. El hotel precioso y las habitaciones amplias y limpias. La comida súper rica. Incluso cenamos allí y nos ofrecieron dos mojitos de cortesía que estaban riquísimos. Ubicación perfecta. Creo que no puede haber mejor hotel en Arequipa.

Super petit hôtel extrêmement bien situé, à 3 minutes de la place des armes. Une décoration avec beaucoup de goût, chambre et hôtel très propres. Le petit déjeuner se prend sur le toit, à côté de la petite piscine, avec un personnel aux petits soins et uniquement des produits frais....un régal ! En libre service des infusions (coca et cie)

The hotel is in a great location, the room was a little small, but comfortable. It didn't have Aircon, but it wasn't required when I was there. The rooftop area was magnificent and worth staying there just for the use of that amenity. The main negative, which is why it only got 4 instead of 5 was that the plugs would not work with European adapters. They just hung out when you plugged them in (see photo) Luckily I took a US one too and that worked fine, but bear this in mind if you plan to stay there.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was close to everything, the room was lovely, the staff were helpful and we loved to chill out on the rooftop and watch the hummingbirds after a long day out sightseeing.

The "Palla" is a stylish boutique hotel in a historical building located not far from the Main Square. We had a spacious Junior Suite with a comfortable King bed and a nice terrace. The staff members - from reception desk to rooftop service - were lovely. I had used their laundry service and got so pleasantly surprised when the charge was per kilogram at a ridiculously low price compared to what I had paid in other hotels... Breakfast is served à la carte on the rooftop terrace in the pleasant company of colibris and with a fantastic view of Arequipa and the surrounding volcanoes. Regrettably the restaurant had been closed during our 3-night stay. It is true that you can walk to all sorts of restaurants in less than 10 minutes but after a long drive it would have been nice to have dinner on site. As the restaurant had been listed among the hotel facilities the disappointing non-availability cost the hotel one point in my rating. Nevertheless we had a wonderful stay and I can wholeheartedly recommend the "Palla"...
