Check in was horrible. Check in was an awful experience. I had arrived early and the hotel allowed me to store my baggage behind the desk.
When I returned later in the day, the receptionist made me retrieve the bags myself as she sat on the chair comfortably. I ended up straining my back retrieving my luggage and bumping my head inside the small storage unit behind the desk. The receptionist then gave me my room key and gave me no explanation on the hotel rules, wifi information, gate entrance issues, laundry, and room cleaning. She refused to give me her name nor was she wearing a name tag.
Overall the room was dirty, the kitchen was worthless with no cups, plates, nor forks/spoons. The restroom was incredibly small and crapped as i bumped into the walls/door getting into the shower. There was no shampoo nor handwashing soap inside the room.
Outside of the check in receptionist all other employees were great. I would strongly advise staying at this location. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Me quedé solo un día, la vista de la habitación era muy linda, no me dieron información sobre áreas comunes o servicios del hospedaje, me hubiera gustado saber que tenian un asotea o si tenía lavanderia o si el desayuno estava incluido. El balcon es compartido con la habiacion del costado, no hay separación. El lugar es muy bonito sin embargo queda en una especie de callejon que solo tiene una entrada disponible, el maps no lo registra por eso las rutas que muestra para lugares como la plaza parecen más cerca de lo que en realidad uno debe caminar, los taxis no logran ubic**** del todo.

Забронировали через букинг этот отель на два дня, буквально за 12 часов до заезда. Замечу, бронь не требует предварительной оплаты - оплата при заезде. В ответ приходит сообщение от них, что надо оплатить за два часа минимум до заезда сумму на банковский счёт в перуанском банке!! Не картой, а банком! Что? Для иностранца? Банком? Чем, Swift переводом может ещё заслать и 30-50 USD за перевод потратить? Вы в курсе, уважаемые, что у иностранцев нет счета, в банке Перуанском. На мой вопрос - are you crazy? Request pre-payment through local bank for foreigners. Они начали обижаться и считать фразу - are you crazy? Жутким оскорблением. В общем, не советую сюда ехать и тратит своё время с этим отелем.
