The location of the hotel was priceless. I walked everywhere, 6-to 10 minutes to the main square, 20 to 25 minutes to Mirador de Yanahuara, 10 to 15 minutes to Mercado San Camilo, 20 to 25 minutes to Universidad San Agustin de Arequipa. It is also surrounded by restaurants, local breweries, bakeries, and pharmacies (closed on Sunday). Despite all the activities to do around, the place is quiet because traffic is very limited (streets are closed) so the noise is very limited, ideal for working, writing, reading, etc. The people working in the hotel were just superb. I had some medical emergencies (my father suffers from neuropathy) and the staff was always there to facilitate hot water, extra blankets, etc. The place is spotless and clean. There are dust storms in Arequipa, but the cleaning personnel is always there to keep the place like new. The breakfast is more like a brunch, excellent selection of fruit, vegetables, eggs, ham, cereals, yogurt, etc. One of the best places I have stayed so far. Strongly recommended.

La ubicación es perfecta está en el mismo centro de la ciudad y hay movilidad para cualquier lugar se puede ir a la plaza principal en 10 minutos a pie y las calles cercanas son hermosas para fotos. La atención fue muy buena, siempre hubo personal dispone para cualquier consulta, la habitación es muy cómoda, todo está limpio y confortable. Lo recomiendo y volvería a alojarme aquí definitivamente

Pase 5 días en mí estadía, la habitación muy confortable, siempre limpia y ordenada, el desayuno muy rico y el personal amable y atento, es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí y me gusta porque además la ubicación del hotel es céntrico y queda cerca a los principales atractivos, espero volver pronto!!

Primera vez nuevamente en Arequipa luego de la pandemia. El hotel ha sufrido algunas modificaciones para tener ambientes variados y muy ventilados. Siguen destacando por sus deseos de ayudar al huésped. Esta vez compartimos habitaciones dobles y triples, que son algo más pequeñas, pero como estuvimos en reuniones y tours, sólo regresábamos para descansar. Eso sí, todo el tiempo manteniendo la higiene de manera extrema. El personal en su mayoría son muy jóvenes y sumamente amables. Preocupados por brindar orientación. Uno de los días al salir muy temprano a un tour se preocuparon por prepararnos desayuno para llevar. Definitivamente regresaría.

The hotel is nice, good clean room and bathroom. There are quite a few nice seating areas, including the rooftop where breakfast is served. Breakfast was also good, bread, eggs to order, salad, fruit, juice, coffee etc. They even packed us a breakfast to go on the days we had early excursions. Major downside, it is very noisy all throughout the night which meant we didn’t really sleep. The noise is a mixture of people in the hotel, all of the rooms face into the courtyard so it’s not soundproofed at all and also dogs barking nearby… the dogs didn’t stop all night for the 3 nights we stayed! Don’t expect quiet nights… if the noise issue was sorted, we’d probably stay here again.
