Hotel is nice. Our room (101) was at the back and had a sitting room (which we did not use) TV in room, mostly Spanish language but some English Some reviews mention plaster board walls, ours were stone. Wifi was okay but intermittently there was a problem Only one towel in room for the two of us. Same in the other room (202) which had two “kids”(26&22) so that is something to check when you come in. Shower pressure good Music in the am was loud 202 was on the Main Street with a long shared balcony and so can see “life” Very close to the plaza de Armas which is great

Me quede dos noches, el hotel es bastante sencillo, queda en un segundo nivel y es de piedra sillar, li que le da un toque lindo. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y las mantienen limpias. El personal es bastante atento, es especial la srta. Brenda que me ayudó a organizar mis tours al Colca y Culebrillas. No es recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida, ni alérgicos ya que las habitaciones no tienen ventanas y no hay AC. Tampoco tiene restaurante y el desayuno lo entregan en la mañana en la puerta de cada habitación. Es un hotel tranquilo para pasar la noche si uno viene a realizar turismo en el día.

Excellent location. Wonderful view of the volcanoes. Great service from all staff. Rooms with hot showers and great beds. Tasty breakfast with many options of fruits, teas, jams and breads.

es un hotel que queda en un segundo piso, no cuenta con asensor, las habitaciones tienen balcones pero no propios son compartidos, la limpieza es pesima, el piso es de madera antiguo no ha tenido ninguna remodelacion, el trato es amable pero no supera lo incomodo de las habitaciones.

Muy buena ubicación. Habitación triple con un espacio adecuado, el baño estaba limpio y habia buena presion de agua al momento de bañ****. El piso era antiguo y crujia pero nada grave. Las paredes eran de sillar y le daba un toque muy bonito. Los balcones eran compartidos, quiza eso podría mejorar para mayor privacidad. La señorita Brenda fue muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudo a conseguir el tour a Colca. Muy buen servicio.
