Habitaciones con cero comodidad, ruidosas, olorosas, televisor sin cable con imagen rayada, wifi lento, cama de nivel de hostal de paso y no Hotel 3 estrellas como dice ser. Finalmente la supervisora CINTHIA al escuchar la queja brindó una “solución” y al momento de querer ejecutarlo se negó a toda la información brindada, es decir, solo nos mintió en la cara. Verguenza total!

El peor hotel para descansar. Llegue para hospedarme solo por una noche (suite 307) y a las horas de ingresar a descansar el claxon de los autos reventaban la ventana, sobre la puerta de la habitacion hay un vidrio que se ilumina cada 5 segundos cada vez que hay movimiento en el pasadizo dando directo a la cama, la television no funcionaba con imagenes rayada y el wifi no funcionaba. Adicionalmente los pasadisos del hotel huelen a desague. En conclusion era imposible descansar mas aun que habia musica en el propio restaurante del hotel. Llame a recepcion para indicarles que no me queria quedar ahi y me dijeron que Lamentablemente ya habia ingresado a la habitacion y no podian hacer nada, despues de insistir 100 veces con la supervisora CINTHIA me dijeron que me podian reembolsar el 50% (habia estado 2 horas en la habitacion). En conclusion fue una perdida de tiempo y una experiencia HORRIBLE haberme quedado en el hotel TIKARY, El personal y particularmente la supervisora CINTHIA no tiene idea como atender a los clientes y solo decia mentira tras mentira. DECEPCION TOTAL!

The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The location is excellent, just one short block from the Place de Arms. Many restaurants nearby, travel agents, and sights. The staff is fabulous - especially Paul at the front desk! The included breakfast is typical (eggs, toast, juice, etc.) but very good. Room was made up everyday and spotless. Recommend highly!

Hotel Tikary is a rare find in the heart of the Historical District. It has a wonderful decor with two large atrium sitting areas. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Paul, who speakes English, helped in making sure my stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel in the center of Arequipa

Clean, staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great. Maybe it was our room but we could hear everything from our window side which faces the middle of the hotel.
