Purtroppo la.valutazione non può essere reale perché è obbligatorio mettere le faccine ,ma io ho pagato ma non o usufruito in quanto l'hotel si è tenuto il 100% della penale per la cancellazione anche se ho dimostrato il motivo della cancellazione con foglio rilasciato dalla struttura per un intervento Rifiutato per vari problemi di salute .non chiedevo tutto il rimborso ma almeno potevo prendersi una penale del 60 %cosi facevano contenti anche il cliente purtroppo nulla.da fare .

It took me 1 hour to check in, the room was pleasant but the flaw was that the double bed was small and the ventilation system was on even though the display was set to Off, so it was suffocatingly hot.
Overall a nice Hotel/B&B.

Classico business hotel situato poco fuori il centro di Arezzo, gli spazi comuni sono ampi e puliti le camere confortevoli (bagno con vasca) e silenziose, colazione ottima ed abbondante e personale molto gentile, non ho nessun appunto particolare da fare, davvero una buona esperienza.
