The church and square are both within a five- to six-minute walk. I walked to the hotel from the train station, which took less than 10 minutes. Great!"

Residence le Corniole

"I stayed at the "Le Corniole" property in Arezzo from April 19th to 21st. The information about the property on the websites is inaccurate. The room we stayed in does not match the photos. It is located on the top floor of the building, in the attic, without a balcony, with a window overlooking the Arezzo train tracks. The restaurant's exhaust fan on the roof, which, due to the draft, made a constant, unbearable noise until past midnight, was in poor condition. We had to go down to the restaurant to discuss the difficulty of staying in the room with the owner (who also manages the front desk when his assistant is not present). The website sells a stay that includes breakfast. The breakfast, called a "box" (not specified on the websites), consists of a tray of packaged biscuits, a bottle of water, and a carton of milk in the refrigerator (no coffee available). We used the car for breakfast on the two holidays since the bar near the property (500 meters) was closed. We tried to complain about the poor service of the facility, but we never found anyone at the reception, except on the day of our departure. I'll conclude by saying that this was the worst facility I've ever stayed in for a three-star hotel."

Vogue Hotel Arezzo

"The hotel is very conveniently located some 100 Meters outside the old city. This has the advantage that the car may be parked a very short walk away on a public parking. The hotel is in a newly and completly refurbished old building. We had a standard room which was very large, traditionally, but nicely decorated. Excellent bed, quite at night. what was a little strange is that a large bathtub was standing in room and also was seerved as the visual divider to the washbasin (so virtually no protection); the toilet was separate, though. Staff is professional, but quite unpersonal. It has to be mentioned that value for money is such a touristic place is extraordinary."

Hotel Piero Della Francesca

"Absolutely negative experience. They demanded that the room be paid for the evening before check out. My two children stayed overnight for three nights. My daughter left a day early for work. So on the last night my son stayed overnight alone. It was a gift from their grandmother for Christmas, which she would pay for at check out as is appropriate. The manager called my son to the room at 11.30pm demanding that he come down to pay...If he hadn't done so they would have taken action...Shameful!!! I hope anyone who intends to stay in this hotel thinks not twice but ten times!!! Oh, by the way!!! Terrible breakfast...hard croissants, poor quality products...don't pay for breakfast because there is a good bar 100 meters away."

"What we liked · Spacious and very clean room. Location close to the historic center and the pedestrian area. Good value for money. What we disliked · The owner was not available even to collect documents. Poor sleep quality. The area didn't seem to be among the best in Arezzo, and I think you could find better for the services offered and the price. Not recommended."

The reception staff are AMAZING, very helpful, attentive, and professional. The area is quiet and pleasant. The quality/price ratio is very good. Perfect for a quiet and comfortable weekend!"
