Servizio eccellente, personale gentilissimo, disponibilissimo e molto professionale. Non arriva al massimo dei voti perchè le camere, pulitissime e perfettamente in ordine, purtroppo sono un po' segnate dal peso degli anni. Per posizione e livello del servizio, questo hotel se lo merita un piccolo restyling. In ogni caso, se dovessi di nuovo soggiornare in città, lo sceglierei senza dubbio.

Personale molto dispobile e professionale....posizione strategica.....pulizia...alcune camere necessitano di "revisione" poiche si e percepito un rumore interno di acqua sgocciolante sul soffitto , senza infiltrazione di acqua , che ha reso un po difficile il riposo notturno ....il cambio della camera e stato positivo....

Storico hotel di Arezzo con terrazzo sulla città, a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal centro storico. Personale preparato, gentile e disponibile, direi di un certo stile. La mia stanza non era grande ma ben arredata. Letto grande e materasso comodissimo. Illuminazione efficace ( solitamente un punto debole di molti hotel). Buono l'isolamento acustico dalla strada. Pulizia ok tranne che per un dettaglio: il copriletto trapuntato aveva una macchia. Gradita l'acqua minerale di benvenuto sulla scrivania. Unico neo la colazione, per quanto riguarda i dolci: i croissant erano davvero scoraggianti. Peccato.

Struttura datata e necessitante di interventi di ristrutturazione. Posizione eccellente a due passi dal centro. Vista eccezionale dalla terrazza. Limiti alla struttura compensati dalla gentilezza e accoglienza del personale. Prezzo un po’ sopra le aspettative ma nella media.

Le camere standar non le vedete in nessuna foto, pulizia scarsa. Coperte spiegazzate. Per un 4 stelle non è assolutamente consigliato. Colazione continentale, nella norma il bagno era pulito a parte la salvietta già usata . Probabilmente le suite sono sicuramente più belle e curate

Charming old hotel in the center of beautiful Arezzo. Nice room, serviceminded staff, and a clean bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect with only a short walk to the old part of the town which is really beautiful, and full of small cafes and restaurants, and little shops. It’s only half an hour by train to Florence, and next time I go to Italy I will stay at this hotel again, to see more of both Arezzo and Florence.
