Sono stato in questo Hotel per 3 notti con i miei amici per visitare Arezzo e dintorni come Cortona e Passigliano sul Trasimeno. Hotel comodo perche si trova vicino al centro e a tutte le bellezze di Arezzo camera essenziale con doccia e pulita. Ottima la colazione con materie prime di qualita es fette biscottate mulino bianco nutella Ferrero e tanta scelta di frutta fresca Mi sono trovato bene e prezzi delle stanze nella norma di un 4 stelle e si trova vicino alla stazione ed ha anche un parcheggio privato

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti io e mia moglie. L’albergo è sito a due passi dal centro, la camera che ci hanno assegnata era enorme, un po’ retrò ma, visto il contesto mi sarei meravigliato del contrario. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia. Il personale al ricevimento sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le informazione sia a cosa visitare in città che dei ristoranti che propongono menù locale. Ottima esperienza

Partiamo dalle note positive: l'hotel é in buona posizione per raggiungere il centro cittá ed é vicino ad un parcheggio coperto. Possiamo aggiungere la gentilezza della persona alla reception e l'ampiezza della camera assegnataci. Note negative; la location non é assolutamente attraente e la hall dell'albergo neppure. La gentilezza della persona alla reception non compensa il fatto che non ci venga fornita, anche su richiesta, alcun tipo di valida informazione. La camera, ampia é arredata con un gusto molto particolare e ha, incredibilmente, la vasca da bagno e la doccia "in piena vista" (il locale bagno e riservato ai sanitari); purtroppo la mia forma fisica attuale non mi ha quindi consentito di poter fare neppure una doccia! La colazione e peró il peggio; viene servita in un piccolo locale male illuminato con un buffet decisamente povero e di scarsissima qualitá. Il succo di frutta era privo di indicazioni e "sapeva di brodo". Come l'hotel, infine, possa vantare 4 stelle a mio avviso é un mistero.

L hotel e carente di tutti i servizi essenziali. La stanza risulta essere perennemente fredda; l aria “finta”calda non riscalda mai l ambiente e in più risulta essere rumorosa. Nella speranza di riscaldare l ambiente là si deve lasciare accesa di notte con la conseguenza che non si dorme per il rumore della stessa. L acqua calda non arriva mai: i tempi sono 10 secondi di acqua calda e acqua fredda perenne. La sala colazione non dispone di tavoli consoni con la quantità di persone in hotel; siamo stati costretti a metterci nella hall per di più al freddo e con le bevande che non arrivavano mai. Essendo poi sulla strada principale e non essendo dotato di finestre insonorizzate e come stare all aperto con la conseguenza che la notte è difficile dormire. Per di più non è affatto poco costoso, anzi. Non ho mai recensito alcun hotel anche se sono stata male ma questo ha toccato il fondo.

Buona posizione nei pressi del centro storico e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Personale molto gentile. Stanze ampie arredate stile retro'. Ambiente raccolto, disponibile ascensore. Disponibilità acqua nel frigobar. Bagno diviso in due zone.

La stanza a me assegnata era sporca, le lenzuola macchiate, rotto il porta asciugamano e il rubinetto. Evidenti le tracce dei precedenti ospiti, nessuna attenzione per il cliente. Colazione in linea con lo standard dell'albergo
