Personale gentile. La camera è essenziale ed abbastanza pulita. Le pecche più grandi, nel nostro caso, sono state: la persiana che si chiudeva solo parzialmente (vivamente consigliata mascherina e tappi per le orecchie), la porta di accesso che lasciava passare luce ed era piuttosto sottile e la disposizione del bagno che, come da foto, ne rendeva difficile l'utilizzo. Inoltre il doccione non funzionava e i vetri non chiudevano bene. Di sicuro la posizione dell'hotel è comodissima e ci ha permesso di non utilizzare l'auto durante la nostra permanenza.

Struttura un po' datata, con camera piccola e finestre degli anni 60 , colazione sufficiente, cosi' come la ricezione della hostess . La pulizia e la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria sono i punti di forza ! chi viene con l'auto non e' molto agevole .

Ottima posizione per il centro, camere ben insonorizzate quindi tranquillo, pulito, ordinato, personale cordiale, parcheggio custodito e coperto convenzionato a 300 mt. Purtroppo la luce specchio del bagno non funzionava, e l'ultima notte è saltato il climatizzatore; nonostante il numero per le emergenze, prontamente fornito all'arrivo, nessuno ha risposto alle chiamate fatte, anche solo per dare una motivazione al guasto. A parte ciò, lo consiglio anche per il rapporto costo/servizio/posizione. Se capiterà, ci tornerò.

Vicino al centro e a 350 mt dal parcheggo convenzionato.Hotel moderno, molto pulito, camera confortevole, silenziosa, letto comodo, ottima qualità del sonno. Bagno di giuste dimensioni, prodotti di cortesia. colazione molto buona , dolce e salata, frutta, brioches, torte. Personale molto cortese.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per visitare i mercatini di Natale. L'hotel è in posizione strategica a 5 minuti dalla stazione dei treni e per visitare il centro storico. È un hotel moderno con ambienti molto puliti. Lo staff è estremamente gentile e ci hanno consentito di lasciare gli zaini sia all' arrivo che alla partenza. La colazione è ricca e con prodotti di qualità, con la disponibilità di prodotti confezionati senza glutine. La camera era comoda, pulita, calda e silenziosa. Lo raccomando vivamente

L'hotel si trova molto vicino al centro, praticamente è a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Grande... Si trova in ZTL a 30 m c'è posto per scaricare le valigie quindi è molto comodo... Celeste all'accoglienza è davvero una per la rara. le camere sono abbastanza pulite, l'unica pecca che ho trovato è stata la moquette macchiata e qualche capello in giro. La colazione invece è molto varia anche se le quantità sono un pochino da rivedere in quanto noi che eravamo in quattro, abbiamo trovato soltanto due cornetti... Noi comunque, torneremo sicuramente.

Premetto che sono un viaggiatore incallito in età avanzata ed ho frequentato hotel di categorie superiori ma non mi sono mai imbattuto in una situazione così incresciosa, infatti, al mio arrivo mi è stato chiesto il pagamento anticipato mentre chiedevo la motivazione la prs una donna addetta alla reception è andata su tutte le furie con una terminologia offensiva e arrogante , in quanto era una disposizione del titolare, una cafona con la C maiuscola inadeguata a tale ruolo, essendo in tarda serata sono stato costretto a non reagire e ad accupare la camera con insoddisfazione. Consiglierei alla stessa alquanto maleducata e irrispettosa di cambiare mestiere in quanto non predisposta a tale mansione.. Ovviamente sconsigliato.

This hotel is run by a great group of women. Sara was friendly and helpful with map directions to sights worthy visiting. A big thank you to Claudia who went out of her way to arrange a takeout breakfast after we told her of our early train on the day of departure. This was much appreciated, thank you. Good wifi. Breakfast has plenty to choose from. Minimalist rooms, clean and simple with enough bathroom ammenities. Hot water could be hotter and the walls could be a bit thicker. The walls are thin! And if you have snoring neighbours, neighbours who are entertaining or friends and families who want to stand outside your door and chat it is a bit much. The outside street noise can be a problem too with groups chatting and singing and unfortunately with no overnight reception there is no one to ask them to move on or call the police if necessary. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. Do we recommend this hotel? Absolutely.
