Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. My room (for one) is huge!!! Two double beds, a sofa bed, wardrobe, a shower room, a balcony, (tv), air conditioning, and a fully fitted kitchenette - even has a bottle opener. Is very clean, as it’s cleaned every day, clean towels every other day. The breakfast is good. A decent selection of food. Pool area is clean, crystal clear and cool water. Short walk - 3/5 minutes to town where you can find gift shops, café shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants and spa treatments. As well as lots of day tour operators. A narrow beach - it shelves a long way out , making it ideal for families. Also buses to other towns and beaches & the tourist train. Avoid the taxis, very expensive. Local buses are 1.60€, train 7€ return. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very good, including dinner, until 10 o'clock in the evening, a lot of trouble. On the way to pick up the car from the car rental agency, the uncle of the car rental agency asked us where we live. After we talked about it, he said ”very good choice”. The hotel is very clean, and across the restaurant is the beach, where the kids are very happy. Recommend friends who bring children to Zha Island to stay. Just listen to the side of the road at the door. The whole Zakynthos feels clean and tidy. This impression starts from the arrival of the airport. The airport is spotless, very new and very clean. This hotel is very cost-effective, and the waiters are also very good. One thing to remind, this hotel’s breakfast, fried eggs and sausages are per capita, and the waiter will come up and ask you what you want to eat after you are seated. My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. It’s like a little oasis! Our (very spacious) room was tucked away above the spa, where it was very quiet. They kindly gave us a free room upgrade, so we had a huge in-room hot tub which was a nice surprise! And the balcony was the perfect spot for watching the sunset. The pool area was lovely, with comfy loungers/beanbags and lots of greenery. And the QR codes make it easy to order drinks or snacks straight to your sun lounger. The spa was also great, and you can book the pool/sauna for just the two of you, which is a nice touch. We booked half-board and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, and you can also order a dish from the menu at no extra cost. I was very impressed by the evening buffet. I find that buffet dinners can be hit-and-miss, but everything was delicious, especially the Greek dishes. There was also live music by the bar on a couple of nights, which added a really nice atmosphere. Special shout-out to the evening bartender who made the most fantastic cocktails! We also ate at the Nobile rooftop restaurant one evening. We had the seven-course tasting menu which was very nice, but there was quite a lengthy gap between the courses. We were there over three hours – had we known it would be that long, I think we probably would have booked an earlier table. But it was a great experience nonetheless, and the food was wonderful. The final word goes to go to the staff, who were amazing. The reception team, the porter, the waiting staff, the spa team – everyone was so friendly, smiley, and couldn’t do enough for you. I’d definitely recommend Contessina Suites for a chilled-out break; we had the best time.

They are suites with up to five people in two rooms and a kitchen with induction cooker. The decoration is not luxurious, but it is quite suitable to live with the elderly. You can change the taste by yourself.

The hotel is on the hill. There is a shuttle bus to the town and the beach, but it depends on their time. The hotel is a bit of a sense of age. We booked a private pool suite but the pool was a bit dirty and there were corpses of bugs in it and there was no water. The room was generally ok. Dinner and breakfast were included but the dishes and taste were not good. There were only lazy ones in the hotel Big dog and a few cats like to follow you. When checking in, I explained a lot of things in detail. There is a free airport pick-up and dinner. You can't wear revealing clothes and drinks are charged separately. Overall it's ok!

Don't take part in a day trip to the hotel. It's a very boring sixty euros for a person, a child for 40, a strong hotel for 65 euros a day, a car rental is only forty or fifty euros driving, is the most correct choice, I do Airport bus to the bus station, walk to the hotel 1.8 Euro. Blue hole plus Shipwreck Bay 20 Euro per person, children free. It is worth going to go to Greece, Zhaji is a must, it is beautiful. Ctrip is a very responsible booking network, the price is the cheapest, no matter what other international reservations are booked.
