The Paradores is a beautiful building with wonderful views to the mountains. However we were disappointed with the service in the restaurants as they do not start serving food until 8.30 and we had to wait until 9.15 to place an order. Food is not available all day as you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Also there are no other bars or restaurants in the village. The rooms are very nice but on our second day it was obvious that it had not been vacuumed. Behind the net curtains were dusty and full of cobwebs
